Tristan was so much moved by her words. He hadn’t been under the effect of any spell so far, but he knew well how difficult it was to control the voices that whisper lies in one's head. It is even more difficult to put trust in the person whom the voices say to hate. But Ivy—her heart trusted him so much that she was willing to go against the voices, take all the pain and give herself to Tristan.  He held her hand and pressed his lips on her. Just the two days of no food and constant throwing up had made her skinny.  His blood boiled to see her like this. She was his Queen. He should have done something to protect his Queen.
