CHAPTER 16

"So what is your plan now?"

They are in his father's office. His father sitting on his swivel chair, facing them. Dark, and him on the left side of the couch, Clark standing behind them. Seth and Grim on the right side, facing them.

"What is your plan now, Shion?"

His older brother, Grim, asked him.

"I, I want to manage my cafe and live outside of the Del Luna family. I can still manage the mafia even when I am far."

"But that's a great risk, son. You are now the new head of the mafia. The powerful mafia in the world. You will be the target of our enemies. They will kill you. And living ouside the protection of your men is the least thing you should do."

"Your faher is right, Shion. You have to stay here."

Seth said. Looking annoyed. Shion doesn't know why but Seth suddenly became weird and it always looks annoyed especially if Dark is with him.

Shion just smiled.

"Don't worry dad, Seth, brother. I will still have a guard beside me for protection. Besides, Dark is with me."

"Hmp! What can he do for you son? He's just a bastard CEO of his company."

"Are you starting a fight with me old hag?!"

His father just smirked at Dark. Shion is trying to stop the two childish men.

Seth was just staring at the three, the old man and that guy bickering with each other while Shion is trying to stop them. There's an unreadble emotoin in his eyes.

Grim was just looking at Seth and taking his time to think about the situation.

'Tsk tsk tsk. Lil' bro, you got yourself into a big trouble. Your life is surely at steak.'

He thinks looking at his little brother. Grim has a pregnant wife. They are living outside the manor, he's just visiting time after time in the manor because of his missing brother and his father.

"My, my, stop being childish dad, Dark. Have shame, both of you."

Grim interupted the bickering moment of the two.

"I have to go dad. My wife is waiting for me."

"Ah, yeah. Send my regards to her."

"Yeah, lil' bro."

Shion smiled at him.

"Thank you brother."

"Call me anytime. Don't trouble yourself because of these two childish men."

Grim mess Shion's hair.

"Welcome back."

"Thank you."

"Okay! Got to go."

Grim waved goodbye and left the office.

"I have to go too. I'll call you Shion. Sir."

"Hmm. Go ahead. Thank you for coming."

"Thank you Seth."

The guy just smiled at him and left the room.

"Now, now, you can just stay the night here son. Let these two guys go home already."

Shion was about to answer when Dark stopped him.

"We will go home now. He will stay with my house."

"Ho?~ So you have a good work and capable of providing what my son needs, heh?~"

"Tss! Of course, I am! Who do you think I am?"

"Well, you are the bastard that called my son your wife."

"Tss, old hag."

Shion heaves a sigh of defeat.

'I don't know what to say to these two.'

He then look at Clark.

"Hey, are you okay?"

He asked Clark. He looks stiff and not breathing.

"S-sir Shion. Please stop them from arguing. I am about to pee in my pants because of them. Sir Dark is really stupid to deal with your father like that. 😭"

Shion suppresses his laughter.

'Oh, Clark.'

"P-please don't laugh at me sir. I am just worried about sir Dark and my life."

"Haha, don't worry Clark. My father will not harm the both of you because of this. Dad is really a good man. you don't have to be afraid of him."

"R-really? But he's the head of Del Luna Family."

"Ho?~ So this assisstant is afraid of me huh?"

"Dad, don't be too harsh at Clark."

"Sir! Spare my life. I still don't have a wife and children. I am bound to my work as sir Dark's assisstant and secretary that I cn't even look for a girl to love and form a family."

They all stared at Clark who randomly says things because of panic.

"Tss, are you blaming me, you stupid Clark?"

"E-eh?! No sir!"

"Hahahahaha! I like you Clark. Hmm, how about you became my son's husband than this bastard? What do you think?"

"Eh? Sir, "

"No! Shion is just mine. He is my wife and i will kill anyone who will take him from me!"

"But I am his father and I have the right to pick a right man or girl for my son."

Shion's father smirked at Dark who looks like will soon explode because of annoyance.

'Dad, you're so cruel.'

'Why do I have to be always the center of prank? I haven't done bad things. 😭😭😭'

Clark said in his mind. The two men of Shion's life started bickering with each other again. He's just looking at the two.

He's so happy. Overwhelmingly happy. Finally, he admitted to hmself that he likes men, specifically, Dark. He then told his family about it and they are fine with it. He really thinks that his father will abandon him because of being like that. But it turned out that they accepted him with widely open arms.

And they already know Dark, the man he likes and they also acceptef him. Not that obvious but he can tell that his father has no objection about it.

He's just messing with Dark and Clark. Dark is brave enough to protect him. He knows that. His father and big brother told him how Dark made a scene two days after he left him.

He actually went to the manor, knowing how dangerous people are living in there. He can risk his life just for his sake.

He was moved because of that. Maybe, just maybe, Dark really likes him just like what he said to him.

"Hmpt! Let's go my wife. Let's get out of here before I kill this old hag."

"As if you can kill me, bastard."

"Hey, you can calm down, both of you."

Shion said trying to stop his father and Dark. But they just ignored him.

"You like Clark, right? I will leave him to you."

"W-what?! Sir Dark! How dare you. 😭😭😭"

Shion just wince.

"I am so sorry Clark. Please don't leave Dark because of this."
