He had been on my mind the entire day and it made it difficult for me to concentrate properly at work. Even though I had managed to get some stuff done, I didn't feel as productive as usual. It felt like I was filled with s****l frustration because of his actions. Because of his handsome face. Ugh! Catherine had acted like a total smug the whole day, as if she knew what was happening inside of my head, but at least, she hadn't mentioned anything. Before I left, I remembered to grab the book from my desk and bid Catherine and Thomas farewell. When I walked out of the doors, I was actually surprised to find Aiden waiting for me.
The ride back home was more pleasant this time. We talked about our day and the conversation was fluid. I learned that Aiden didn't feel productive at all
