Later that evening after we’d finished dinner, we were about to head upstairs when one of the workers appeared in the living area.
He gave Adrian a respectful nod. "Sir, I’ve wrapped up the evening chores in the west wing. Everything is in place. I’ll be retiring back to the staff wing now."
