I finally picked out the skincare products and perfume I wanted. Adrian paid for everything without hesitation and took some of the bags from me and we left the mall hand in hand and walked back to the car.
He began the drive to his house. Adrian had convinced me to stay through the weekend at his place, eventually picking me up from my house this Friday evening.
After we got to the house, I went to shower. When I was done, I changed into a simple pajamas that Adrian had kept where he kept the clothes he bought, or.. the 'Amelia wing' as I'd started to think of it. Afterwards, we had dinner and went back upstairs.
"I'll join you in a few minutes," Adrian said, leaning against the doorframe of the bedroom. "I just need to quickly review some paperworks in the study."
