"What do you mean? We've been together for years. We can do this together," Zara pleaded, her voice breaking.

But Elyas recoiled, taking a step back. "I don’t want this. I never wanted this. You trapped me into this, Zara. I didn’t agree to have a child."

Zara’s heart shattered as his words stung her deeply. She had never expected him to react like this. "Elyas, please, we can figure it out," she begged, but he was already shaking his head.

The days that followed were filled with silence and tension. Elyas avoided her, and when he did speak, his words were cruel. "This is your mess, Zara. You can’t expect me to be a part of it. It’s not mine."

Zara’s world crumbled as Elyas not only denied his responsibility but began to accuse her of deceit. He spread rumors to their friends and family, painting Zara as a manipulator, claiming she had intentionally gotten pregnant to trap him into staying with her.

"You think I wanted this? I didn’t even know about your lies until now," Elyas told their mutual friends. "Zara tricked me into this. She’s been hiding things from me. I’m not the father of this child."

"Elyas, this is it. I’ve got everything. You can’t lie anymore," Zara said calmly. "This child is as much yours as it is mine. And no matter what you say, I won’t let you take away the truth."

"I think you should have thought about that before you destroyed everything," Zara replied, her voice firm. "You may not want to be a father, but that doesn’t mean you can erase the truth."
