Shark Attack

2060 Words
Alexander’s POV   The honeymoon was spent in the lovely underwater kingdom of Sirena. We were given a token to wear that allowed us to breathe underwater for whenever we left the suite. Cassidy and I had fun exploring the underwater city but most of it was spent in our room. If you know what I mean. Our first night there, I had planned a romantic dinner and sexy night in. It was going to involve a well-deserved full-body massage for Cassidy and an unsubtle excuse to put my hands all over him. So far, dinner had gone swimmingly and it was time to move on to phase two of the plan. I was arranging the bottles of scented oils I’d required prior to dinner. They were all mild enough for my sensitive nose and strong enough that Cassidy could have an opinion. Yes, Cassidy should always get to choose; I nodded to myself.  Cas was currently in the bathroom. Finally satisfied with the arrangement, I quickly stripped down and put on a loincloth to look the part of a masseuse that the tropical nymphs were famous for. He was going to come out any minute now and I quickly stood at the foot of the bed with my hands behind my back. I smiled when Cassidy came out in a robe. His hair curled damply at his nape, he smelled divine.  I cleared my throat. “My Lord, please disrobe for your full-body massage,” I bowed. Cassidy giggled. “Alright,” he said.  Straightening from my bow, the lines I’d prepared flew from my mind as I goggled at his attire. Cassidy stood before me in a bloodred lacy bodysuit. My eyes roamed his beautifully wrapped torso, straining to see his barely covered n*****s. I swallowed at the lace that hinted cheekily at his c**k. “Alex,” he asked. “Are you only going to stare all night?” Yes, I began nodding; I’d do anything he wanted. The question registered and I hurried to shake my head. Cassidy laughed. I blushed and wiped my chin in case there was drool. There was a little. “Take me to bed?” “Absolutely.” I lay Cassidy on top of the sheets and kissed him. His breathy moans made me ground my hips into his. “Oh, sweetheart,” I murmured. “I love you so much.” He smiled sweetly and sucked at my bottom lip. “Tonight, I want you to use me.” I inhaled sharply. I produced a clawed hand and watched to see if he would hesitate. He didn’t; his scent swelled with arousal. “Mark your words,” I growled.  My claws sliced through the red lace, ripping the delicate fabric away and pinning his wrists above his head with my other hand. He arched his body, presenting as best as he could and my wolf howled.  “Keep them there,” I instructed, “or do you need to be restrained?” Cassidy was almost hyperventilating. “Yes, yes please.” I nodded. “Good boy.” He keened and I rubbed a hand soothingly down his side. “I need you to listen to me carefully, sweetheart.”  I waited as he registered my words and only continued when he nodded in acknowledgement.  “Good. Red to stop, Yellow if you want to slow down and Green to keep going, okay?” Cassidy was panting, his hips squirming on the sheets. I waited patiently. I would need his consent before we could properly start.  “Sweetheart, do you understand?” I took my hands off him. “I need to hear you say it, Cas.” Cassidy swallowed. “Red to stop, Yellow to slow down and Green to keep going.” He gasped wetly.  “Please touch me.” I shushed him. “One moment, sweetness.” Tearing the scraps of lace into strips, I secured them around his wrists, making sure they weren’t tight enough to cut his circulation.  Cas watched with dark eyes as I arranged his body to my liking. The set-up had given him a chance to calm down. It was good, I wasn’t trying to overwhelm him. I kissed his mouth, savouring the taste of Cassidy before pressing more open-mouthed kisses to his jaw and neck; sucking a bruise at his clavicle as I made my way down his body.  He whined as I sucked more bruises at his hips. My wolf was basking in the sheer pleasure of marking up our mate. I pressed wet kisses to his c**k, one hand pressing his hips down when he jerked. I kissed his trembling thighs and rubbed tiny circles into his soft skin with my thumb. It was time to reward my lover. I shifted my gaze and paused.  Nestled between his cheeks was a glass plug, the ring of muscle stretched around it glistening with a scentless lubricant.  Oh, someone was getting rewarded tonight and it was both of us.  “Sweetheart,” I crooned. “You prepped yourself for me.”  I crawled up to kiss him gently. Cas licked into my mouth eagerly.  “I’ll take care of you, don’t worry,” I whispered, peppering butterfly kisses on his face. Nudging the plug, I watched as he gasped, eyelids fluttering at the sensation. Ah, Cassidy was sensitive. Gently, I pulled the toy out with rocking motions; his body’s response rippled in his muscles and on his face. The tip of the toy was bulbed and required a little harder pull.  Cassidy gasped. The ring of muscles fluttered and remained gaping, hungry for something to fill it. I grabbed a vial of oil and coated my fingers liberally. Cassidy didn’t need this much, but I wanted him to feel no pain from this. My thumb circled the muscle before pushing in. Cassidy clenched weakly around me. I switched to fingers, stroking his inner walls for that little bundle of nerves.  He cried out when I found it, hips bucking is desperation. “Easy, sweetheart, easy.” I licked my lips. “I’ve got you.” Cassidy whined. He was impatient; so was my wolf. The urge to claim was strong and only my desire to make sure Cassidy wouldn’t hurt himself was preventing me from pushing in without a care.  “Alex, I’m ready. Please.” I nodded. He was. “Okay, okay.”  I pulled his legs around my waist, resting them above my hips. Cassidy was beautiful. The light passing through the water gave him an ephemeral glow.  “I love you,” I said. One hand on his waist held him as I guided my c**k into his willing body with the other. “I love you so much.” Cassidy couldn’t answer, breathing through the intrusion.  “Breath, Cas.”  He tightened his legs in response and exhaled the breath he was holding.  When I was fully seated, I paused for a few moments. “Okay?”  “Green,” he whispered.  I smiled. “Good boy.” Pulling my hips back marginally, I began to rock as I leaned in to kiss him. I was going to work him up until he was screaming. ~ Cassidy’s eyes were glazed, staring unseeing at the ceiling of the suite dome. He breathed shallowly, body limp as I gently pulled out. Padding away quietly, I readied a warm bath for both of us.  He breathed a sigh as I lowered him into the tub. Cassidy face pressed into my neck as I washed and rubbed salves into any bruises I could find on his delicate skin. It made my chest feel tight in a good way to see my mate cling to me. I love him so much. We settled into bed.  ~ Cas and I spent were taken on a guided swim through protected coral reefs the next day. The area was surrounded by magical barriers that would keep any dangerous sea creatures out in the day, so we swam to our heart's content and admired the colourful sea creatures. We explored the reef and patted the docile sharks that swam up to nose at us. They were such majestic creatures. Nearby, an old shipwreck had been spelled to remain dry in an air bubble that only land walkers could enter. It was magnificent to see Cassidy swim gracefully in the sea, light dappling across his torso.  We held hands as another shark swam towards us, grinning at the puppy-like mannerisms, except something was different. Cassidy hadn’t noticed, but I could see the strange red glint in its eyes. I tugged on his hand, we had to leave now.  The Great White was speeding. We couldn’t outswim a creature in its natural element. I looked around frantically for a place to hide.  “What’s wrong?” Cassidy asked, his voice shimmering with concern in my mind. It didn’t help that I was pretty close to panicking. “Shark!” He flinched. I was probably unbearably loud in his head.  “Alex darling, you need to calm down. I can’t hear you properly.” I turned to point, but the shark had gotten close in my hysteria. Its jaw wide open and ready to chomp on Cassidy with its endless rows of teeth! I pushed Cassidy aside, he spun away in the water.  “Alex!” he cried out, right before my shoulder exploded in pain.  I screamed. Only the charm that allowed us to breathe underwater kept me from drowning. I could feel my clavicle crack as the shark tightened its jaw. Gritting my teeth, I swiped at it with my free arm. My claws left three scratches across an unholy red eye. The shark thrashed and let go. I clawed at it through the crimson blood clouding my vision. The shark gnashed its teeth and turned towards Cassidy instead. No, not Cas! The shark was fast. I could only dig my claws into its tail fin. It was enough. I twisted it with all my strength. The vicious creature was veered off its course and narrowly missed Cassidy. I ripped my claws out, taking chunks of its tailfin with me.  “Cas!” I was yelling at him.  He swam to me. “Alex, the shipwreck, it can’t enter the bubble.” Cas was watching me worriedly, his palms cupping my face as he conveyed his thought.  I nodded. I had lost a lot of blood and was losing even more as my enhanced healing struggled to knit my body back together. It would definitely help if were somewhere safe from shark attacks.  We looked out for the shark. It was struggling to swim and no longer as swift as it was, but it was still capable of movement. I grabbed Cassidy by the waist and we kicked our way to the shipwreck, tumbling onto the dry wooden floor of the upper deck. The shark circled the bubble, leaving trails of red in its wake. We were safe for now. In dry air, rows of bite wounds trickled blood down my chest and back. Cassidy hovered fretfully, unable to do anything except watch my skin knit itself back together. I wouldn’t heal properly until I set my collarbone back in place though. “Cas, sweetheart,” I breathed. “I need your help.” Cassidy chewed nervously on his lips but readily came to my side. “What do I need to do?” “My clavicle is broken, I need you to push the bone down and back in place,” I watched him concernedly. “Okay?” He swallowed, face pale. “Okay.”  “It’ll be quick,” I cupped his cheek and whispered my assurance. Truthfully, I didn’t know.  He straddled my waist as I lay back and touched the distorted bone lightly. “Here?”  I squeezed his thighs. “Yeah, baby. Hard and fast.” Cassidy counted under his breath. I bit my tongue as my bone ground halfway back into place. “Alex?” he called.  “One more time, sweetheart,” I gasped out. It was getting harder to breathe. The second time, I blacked out for a few moments and woke up to Cassidy frantically calling my name. I coughed up blood. My hands slid up his smaller frame and pulled him into a hug. “It’s okay, sweetheart. I’m fine. I promise,” I mumbled into his ear. I cupped the back of his head and he sniffled into my shoulder. “I’m okay now.” ~ I don’t know how long we waited in the air bubble. Eventually, someone came to find us and escort us back to the resort where we were given medical attention. Between Cassidy and I, we had no physical injuries since Cas managed to avoid the shark’s teeth and my healing had taken care of me.  Cas made me get an X-ray just to check that my collarbone was reset properly. I didn’t argue. We were exhausted and a little bit in shock. My wolf was growling at anyone who came too close to us, meaning everyone was making me uneasy. And my head was aching from the stress.  When the doctor finally declared us fit to leave, Cas and I sighed in relief and I bundled him off to our suite. We took quick showers, too tired for anything else and crawled under the covers to curl up around each other.  Cassidy pressed his face in my chest. I breathed in his scent and dozed off.
