The lake view was serene, bathed in the golden hues of the setting sun, yet my heart felt heavy with loneliness and despair. I sat on the bench, our favorite spot, feeling the weight of unrequited love pressing down on me like a suffocating blanket.
"So, Mr. Sahil Ibrahim, you're lost in the battle of love, huh?" I muttered bitterly to myself, a bitter smile tugging at my lips. "Maybe she'll never love you back...hahaha."
Tears welled up in my eyes, shimmering with painful emotions as I contemplated the one-sided nature of my feelings. The ache in my chest seemed unbearable as I grappled with the harsh reality of my unrequited love.
Meanwhile, unbeknownst to me, Sameer, Shaheer, and Rodaba were frantically searching for me, worried about my sudden disappearance. But I was lost in my own world of heartbreak and despair, oblivious to their concerns.
Falak's POV
As Falak reminisced about our moments together, a sense of uneasiness settled over her. Rodaba's confrontation had left her feeling disturbed, and she couldn't shake the feeling that something was amiss.
She remembered our conversation about the lakeside view being her favorite spot, a place of comfort and solace. With a sense of foreboding, she decided to search for me there, hoping to find me and put an end to her growing unease.
Arriving at the lakeside, she searched desperately for me, her heart pounding with fear and anxiety. But I was nowhere to be found, leaving her feeling lost and helpless.
Then, she noticed a watch placed on the bench, alongside a note. With trembling hands, she picked up the watch and read the words on the paper, her heart breaking with each passing moment.
"I'm sorry, Falak," the note read. "I never meant to be labeled as a stalker, but I wanted to be someone special in your life, something I know I could never be. I knew you'd come here, and I've lost you. I can't live with this feeling...I'm sorry if I hurt you."
Tears streamed down her face as she clutched the note to her chest, overcome with a flood of emotions. She was about to leave when she heard voices nearby, a crowd gathered on the road.
Rushing over, she was met with a scene of horror - I was lying on the ground, blood trickling from a wound on my forehead. Panic gripped her heart as she screamed my name, her voice filled with desperation and fear.
Sameer's POV
As Sameer hurriedly rushed to the scene, he couldn't help but feel a sense of disbelief at the sight before him. Sahil, his friend and confidant, lay unconscious on the ground, his life hanging in the balance.
With the help of some bystanders, Sameer quickly lifted Sahil and rushed him to the nearest hospital, his mind racing with worry and concern. He called Shaheer and Rodaba, informing them of the situation, his voice trembling with fear.
In the back of his mind, a new perspective began to form - Sahil Ibrahim, the enigmatic and charming friend, had managed to capture the heart of his stubborn cousin, Falak, with surprising ease. But at what cost?
As they sped towards the hospital, Sameer couldn't help but wonder at the depths of Sahil's power over Falak's heart, and the price he had paid for it.
