As I watched Falak's heartbreak unfold before my eyes, I couldn't help but feel a sense of disbelief. The strong and resilient woman I knew was shattered, her walls crumbling in the face of Sahil's condition. It was hard to believe that someone could affect her so deeply.

My suspicions that she had fallen for Sahil were beginning to solidify into reality, and I knew I had to make it crystal clear to her. But first, I needed to ensure Sahil's well-being.

I quickly approached a nurse nearby and said a few words, ensuring that Sahil would receive the best care possible. Moments later, the doctor emerged, and Falak rushed over to him, desperation evident in her eyes.

"Doctor, please tell me about Sahil," she pleaded, her voice trembling with fear.

The doctor's reassurance that Sahil's bleeding had stopped provided some relief, but he added that they were conducting tests and he would need a few more hours to regain consciousness.

Falak's shoulders slumped in defeat as she sank onto a nearby bench, the weight of worry and uncertainty pressing down on her. I could see the turmoil in her eyes, the internal battle she was waging as she tried to come to terms with the situation.

But then, she made a move to go to Sahil's room, only to stop midway, torn between her desire to be by his side and her own need for rest and respite.

Just then, Rodaba and Shaheer arrived, their faces etched with concern as they joined us. Seeing the state Falak was in, I knew I had to intervene.

"Falak, I think it's best if you go home for now," I suggested gently, placing a comforting hand on her shoulder. "You need some rest and a change of clothes. I'll stay here with Sahil and keep you updated. I promise."

Falak hesitated for a moment, her stubbornness evident in her reluctance to leave Sahil's side. But ultimately, she nodded, her trust in me outweighing her own desires.

As she reluctantly agreed to go home, I couldn't help but admire her strength and resilience, even in the face of adversity. And deep down, I knew that despite her attempts to conceal her feelings, her heart was already entangled with Sahil's in ways she couldn't yet comprehend.
