*Phone rings*

**Falak**: *picks up* Hello?

**Soha**: *excitedly* Aapi, how are you? I've been waiting to talk to you!

**Falak**: Soha! I'm so glad to hear your voice. How's everything going?

**Soha**: Everything's great. We just reached the mountainous region for our A-level tour. It's so beautiful here!

**Falak**: I'm glad to hear that. But remember, be careful up there. Signal problems can be a real hassle.

**Soha**: Don't worry, Aapi. I've got Sheena with me, and Mom gave her so many instructions to take care of us. We'll be fine.

**Falak**: That's good to hear. Listen, Soha, I wanted to talk to you about something...

**Soha**: What is it, Aapi?

**Falak**: *takes a deep breath* Well, you see... I've been going through a bit of a rough patch lately.

**Soha**: *concerned* Oh no, what happened? Is everything okay?

**Falak**: *forces a smile* Yeah, yeah, don't worry about me. It's just... some drama at college. But enough about me. How's everything at home?

**Soha**: Actually, there's some exciting news. Mom just told me that Saman's family has approved of Zohaib's marriage proposal! We're all so happy about it.

**Falak**: *genuine smile* That's wonderful news, Soha! I'm so happy for them.

**Soha**: Yeah, me too. It feels like everything's falling into place, you know?

**Falak**: *voice softens* Yeah... everything seems to be falling into place for everyone else.

**Soha**: What do you mean, Aapi?

**Falak**: Oh, it's nothing. Just thinking out loud. Anyway, you take care of yourself, okay? And have fun on your tour. We'll catch up when you get back.

As Falak hangs up the phone, a mixture of emotions washes over her. She's happy for her sister and her family, but at the same time, a sense of worry and fear gnaws at her heart.
