I was having a meeting when my secretary peeks her head through the door after a soft knock.
I stopped what I am about to say to my Marketing Team and motion for her to enter. We are about to be finished anyway. We just talked about something not related to the company. We are discussing the country we all visited and suggesting where to go next. We also enjoy meetings lightly. I don’t want to be all business. It’s boring. That way, I can relate and bond with my employee.
