A Saturnian Thought

Have you ever wondered what it's like from a planet that is surrounded by rings made from almost entirely water ice, with a trace of components of rocky materials? Have you ever wondered what it's like to live and to be from Saturn? Well, I do! Let me introduce myself to you.

I am Princess Saturnalia, a 599-year-old princess of the sixth planet from the sun, and the largest planet in the Solar System. My father is the King of the Saturn, he makes that ring go round. Some humans come here, and some humans wanted to be here for a looooong time! But they can't. You see, when humans walk here, they would definitely and probably sink because of our atmosphere. Our atmosphere is very thick, thus, as humans go deeper, the pressure increases. However, I have been thinking of the thought that, at least they are human, they do not need to prove themselves to us; they do not need to prove their existence for they already are. But us? *sighs* we needed to prove ourselves to let these humans know that we exist.

Anyway, I don't want to think about this stuff anymore, but I want you to think of this question carefully: Have you ever wondered why asteroids land on Earth? Probably you humans would answer, "because they are being pulled!", or "because of their heavy mass!", and maybe "why on Earth would you ask me that question? Well, I don't know! Psh!", because I just thought it that way! But let me tell you something, here, on our planet, the asteroid is our spaceship. YES! You read it right! But asteroids are what humans like you refer to; here, we prefer to call them, the Saturnian Asteroid Ship! It's more technological than any human spaceship, because some say that our minds are more advanced in technology than any human. I guess that's one of our great characteristics than humans.

Well, since these asteroids are falling down to visit Earth, there was a time that I got curious about the beauty of the Earth. Every time that a fellow Saturnian comes back, they always express so much fascination with that planet, that my Saturnian head are filled with so many questions! What do humans look like? Are they always wearing that white uniform and deep circular mask on their heads? Because those are the looks of some humans we are seeing down here! Do they have skin colors? Are they also greenish, reddish and yellowish there? How about their eye color? Do they have a red, orange, or purple? Their hair? Oooooh! I would love to see the styles of their hair. Do they have, like rectangular and triangular-shaped-hair there? Humans might have been so interesting to see and meet, there looks might appear a surprise to us, but their emotions aren't. You see, humans to us are very complicated creatures; they are filled with different emotions - but the greater emotion that we always get to hear and know are that, humans are sad, sad creatures.
