First Encounter

4036 Words
Cara was bored out of her mind,it was her party yet she felt like she had just crashed, she had met a few people she only had a vague memory of but somehow they seemed to remember a piece of her life, an embarrassing piece that Cara herself had no memory of and they certainly took pleasure in telling it as entertainment. She wished there was alcohol and loud music, that'd certainly set off a different vibe. This night was however important to her mother so she kept a smile on her face and shoved food in her mouth at every few intervals to avoid talking. She had almost gotten back into her car to drive back to New York when she realized that her mother had indeed thrown her a welcome party, she couldn't help showing her successful daughter off to the town of Willis and its people rarely had anything exciting happening so they all gathered at her house to welcome the daughter who had returned home. Cara could not bear to take this moment away from her mother so she forced herself to keep the smile on her face through every introduction, welcome or story that anyone had to say. She looked over at her mother who was talking to one of the guest and smiling from ear to ear, Mary seemed content playing the host and constantly urging people to have more food, she also picked up the habit of dragging Cara out when she thought there was someone her daughter had not met much to her discomfort. The party dragged on for what seemed like ages and Cara was starting to get restless. Although the food was great, a welcome break from all the fast food she often had in New York but there was no one her age that she could at least be comfortable socializing with, it was either because there was no one her age left in the town or they just didn't get the invite. She eyed the door wondering what the chances of her escaping was, she could definitely outrun everyone in the room if it came down to a quick getaway but she preferred slipping away without anyone noticing. She was making her way towards the door hoping no one would see her sneaking away from her own party when her mother suddenly appeared in her line of view with a man beside her and to her horror, they were both heading straight for her, it seemed her mother had found someone new to introduce to her or maybe they just wanted to talk about her life in the city which she had done so many times with different people although she was careful to gloss over the crazy bits. She scanned the room for a better alternative and wasn't surprised that there was none. The people there were very familiar with each other and almost all of them were talking to one another, a conversation she was sure she wouldn't be interested in so she just sighed in resignation and smiled brightly as her mother got to where she was standing. "Cara my darling, I'm not sure you've met our preacher. He came by just to welcome you back home, isn't that really nice of him?" Mary said beaming with smiles. It seemed her mother was going to make sure she was introduced to everyone present one at a time whether they already knew her or not. "Oh, he didn't have to bother" Cara said fixing a polite smile on her face as she turned to face the old preacher "Oh nonsense, who wouldn't want to stop by to see Mary's successful city angel. Just so you know, your mother has been pining for you to come home and her expectation is quite infectious. Everyone here is glad to see you back home after such a long time" he said grinning at her Cara inwardly cringed as her mother giggled coyly, she wondered what her mother had said in her absence. "Um that's very kind of you all. I'm glad to be back" "I hope you're going to enjoy your stay in our town, we know you city folks get tired of a quiet life easily" he said. Cara was about to reply that it was more of a boring life than a quiet one but she had just gotten home and didn't want to dampen her mother's excitement "We city folks can also do with a little bit of peace and quiet" she said instead making both her mother and the preacher nod in approval. "I was going to come with my daughter just so you don't have to see old faces all night but she had band practice" he joked again making Cara force out a laugh "I'd love to meet her some other time" she said to him hoping that would mark the end of the conversation and she could finally find a way to leave the snooze fest. He beamed at her and was about to keep talking about his daughter when someone at the other end of the room called him, he excused himself and hurried off leaving Cara with her mother. She was about to burst into complaints when she saw the smile on Mary's face, she clamped her mouth shut and allowed Mary to take her arm and lead her round the living room like a prized trophy. It was about 30 minutes later when the party started to thin out, most of the guests had left and it seemed the rest were waiting to help her mother clean up. "Hey mum, mind if I skip the rest of this totally awesome party? I'm dying for a drive" she said to her mother who looked puzzled "But you drove all the way here, surely you must be tired. Why don't you take a short walk instead and come back home for a proper night's rest" Mary said scanning her daughter for any sign of fatigue. If she saw any, she was going to whisk her daughter straight to bed with a glass of warm milk and a foot rub. It's been a while since her babygirl had been home and she wasn't going to pass up on any opportunity to let her motherly instincts loose especially since Cara had been living in the city where everything and everyone always seemed to be in a rush and no one had time to take care of themselves. "It's the opposite actually. I think a drive would do me some good right now" she replied making sure to keep her smile bright so her mother won't find any reason to convince her to stay back. She knew that Mary would try to baby her just to make her feel as comfortable and welcome as possible, Cara however preferred her freedom and independence. "Drive safe darling. Call me if you need anything" her mother finally said before hurrying to meet the guests that had started to help with the clean up, she definitely wouldn't mind having Cara out of the way while they cleaned up. She started to pick paper plates that has been dumped on the floor while calling out instructions to those that were standing around not knowing what to help with, it means Cara had been temporarily forgotten. Cara sighed in relief, picked her keys and left the house before anyone else could stop her. She got into her car and drove away from her house. "I hope this party will be totally over by the time I'm back" she said to herself as she drove all the way out of Willis and towards the direction of the next town over, she didn't know what she was looking for yet so she kept driving around taking in the sight of the town at night with her window down so she could enjoy the feel of the breeze caressing her skin. Willis was a quiet little town and she couldn't wait to find a place to relax and let loose all the tension in her body. She passed a few fast food restaurants which were still open, a gym and some buildings. Thirty minutes later, she pulled into the parking lot of a bar smiling wistfully at the neon sign of two wine glasses bumping against each other. She suddenly missed the nights she had spent out dancing and drinking in New York, more often than not with a pretty girl accompanying her, these little towns had nothing like that to offer so she'd just have to make do with what she had. The place looked a bit shabby compared to the bars in New York but a drink is definitely what she needed at that moment so she didn't think twice before pulling into the parking lot of the bar . She turned the engine off and got down heading into the bar, the interior was quite nicer than what she had pictures and quiet music played in the background. She walked straight to the bartender who had a towel slung around his neck and was arranging a few bottles on a shelf, sat on a stool in front of him and ordered a drink. Her drink arrived shortly and she took a sip closing her eyes with pleasure as the familiar taste of alcohol slid down her throat. The bar was dimly lit so it took a while for her eyes to adjust. She glanced around and noticed there were very few men in the back drinking and talking in low tones, it seemed to her that she was the only female at the bar. She was already on her second drink when she realized she wasn't the only girl at the bar, just a couple of stools away from her was a girl who had a half full glass of drink in front of her with a tiny straw in it. Cara was taken aback, surprised she hadn't noticed her before, the girl looked anything but a small town resident. She looked like she just fell out of a magazine, wearing a short midnight blue gown that would probably give the people of Willis a heart attack and slim strappy heels, her full blonde hair cascaded down her shoulder in soft waves. Her long legs were crossed and Cara allowed herself to roam her eyes from the ankles all the way to her mid thighs where the gown prevented her from seeing any more. She drank in the way her dress molded itself to her form, the slight curve of her waist and her bare shoulders. The gown was only held up by two thin straps and the neckline dipped to reveal a cleavage just enough to drive any man or woman crazy. Cara raised her eyes to the woman's face and her throat went dry, her lips painted bright red were wrapped around a tiny straw that she sipped her drink from, her features were soft and girly, she was very attractive and the way she carried herself shows that she's well aware of her own allure. The mystery woman turned her head in Cara's direction and raised an eyebrow with a teasing smile, it was obvious she knew Cara was checking her out and she seemed to enjoy it. "Score" Cara muttered under her breath as she winked at the woman and beckoned the bartender, it was time for phase one of her foolproof method of picking up pretty girl. She gave him a few instructions and waited, watching the lady from the corner of her eye. However, to her surprise, she turned down the drink Cara had sent to her. Perhaps she was mistaken and the girl was only being nice. The bartender came back and whispered into Cara's ears, she was intrigued by what she heard,it didn't seem to match the vibe the girl was giving off, it however dispelled her initial doubts at the girl's response. She stood from her stool and walked confidently to where she was sitting, taking the stool next to her "Hey pretty, want some company?" she drawled. "I don't know, are you some company?" She replied, leaning forward and resting her jaw on her hands Cara grinned and mirrored her move "So tell me, who comes into a bar and drinks only coke?" She said keeping her voice low and seductive. "Who walks up to a girl for the first time and questions her choice of drink?" she replied, twirling her straw with one perfectly manicured finger. Her voice was soft and teasing "Right" Cara replied with a grin "You're not from around here are you? " She asked, hoping to start a conversation that might give her an insight on the lady next to her but she only shrugged and smiled in reply. Cara sighed, it seems she wasn't much of a talker. "I'm not exactly from around here myself, I definitely didn't expect to see a drop dead gorgeous lady when I walked into the bar" The girl flicked her hair and chuckled slightly, acknowledging the compliment. "Can I at least know your name?" "Can I know yours?" "Cara. Do you always answer questions with questions? When she heard this, the strange girl leaned forward exposing more of her cleavage and started to trace her fingers on Cara's arm "Tell me Cara, when you walk up to girls, is it just to talk or I'm just different?" Cara didn't expect the conversation to go in the direction she wanted that easily, she had been preparing her mind for a difficult time or even rejection but she wasn't about to complain when the tides are in her favor "Well talking is usually the first thing I do with my mouth, I can show you what else if you don't mind" Cara said in a breathy whisper. The girl suddenly leaned forward, she moved her face closer to Cara's and her heart started to beat fast thinking the girl was about to kiss her right there in the bar, she had parted her lips, ready and oblivious of her surroundings when she stopped right by Cara's ear "You smell really good Cara" she whispered and nipped Cara's ear before sitting back on her stool batting her lashes innocently. Cara was both disappointed and excited, she knew for sure now that this lady in front of her wanted her too. She slipped a hand onto the girl's knee and gave it a playful squeeze "You smell nice too," Cara replied, watching the girl's fingers as they continued to trace her arms. Slowly and deliberately, the girl uncrossed her legs, the motion made Cara's hand slip from her knee onto her thigh, she stared directly into Cara's eyes "I've also been told I taste nice too. You might want to confirm that for yourself though" she said biting her lips seductively Cara's heart started to race, there was no need for small talk anymore. It was clear enough that they both wanted the same thing which is each other, she moved her hand further up her thigh and smirked as the girl shuddered with pleasure "Do you wanna get out of here" Cara asked, her eyes on those sexy red lips which curved upward in a smile The girl shook her head and said in that teasing tone again "What do you think?". Without waiting for a response, Cars dropped a few bills and grabbed the girl by her hand, taking care not to pull her too fast as she was wearing heels. "Did you come with a ride?" She asked as they both left the bar and was glad when the girl shook her head to say no, it means they didn't have to leave a car behind "That's my car over there, c'mon" Cara said pointing to her car in the parking lot and they both quickened their steps, eager to reach the car. They had hardly gotten into the car when the girl flew at Cara, she crossed over to the driver's seat and straddled her. Her enthusiasm was infectious and Cara drew her close by her neck and kissed her. Bringing Cara's hands to her soft full breast, she kissed her deeply while grinding her hips into Cara's. Cara felt intoxicated and she didn't even drink too much, the girl on her lap was making her head spin as she slipped a strap down and exposed one breast. It took all of Cara's willpower to make her stop. They were in the parking lot of a bar where people were likely to walk in on them, it wasn't her thing to have s*x in the car anyways. She broke the kiss, almost regretting it as the warmth of the girl's mouth left hers "Not here. Not like this" "Are you afraid of a little adventure?" The girl taunted Cara, trying to kiss her again "I intend to take my time with you love" she whispered in the girl's ears as she held her arms captive and nipped her ear just as she did to Cara earlier. She started to protest and Cara silenced her with a short kiss, still holding her arms together "Patience babygirl, let's find somewhere more comfortable" She pouted and rolled her eyes but she no longer argued. She got off Cara and moved to the passenger seat"Hurry Cara, you don't keep a lady waiting" she said. Cara turned on the engine of her car and reversed out the parking lot driving a little above the speed limit before she could start to consider taking the girl there and then in the parking lot. "I hope I don't get arrested tonight" she muttered. Cara opened the door to the room where they were staying for the night and flicked the lights on, behind her the girl shut the door and locked it "Hey this room isn't so ba-" she started to say as she turned around but the words died in her throat. The mystery lady had slipped her dress off and was standing in just her heels and a red thong, if Cara had thought she looked sexy in a dress before, she definitely looked exquisite naked. She wasn't shy about being on display and she seemed to enjoy Cara's lustful stare. Cara couldn't tear her eyes off the woman in front of her, her pale long legs, curved hips, her full breasts that sloped gently and the pink perky n*****s on them. Without taking her eyes off Cara's, she took off her thong and threw it to a side "Tell me Cara, are you going to gawk at me all night or are you going to show me what else you can do with your mouth?" The words broke Cara out of the trance she was in and was in front of the girl in two long strides. She claimed her mouth with hers slipping her hands down to the girl's small but cute butt, she moaned into Cara's mouth and kissed her back harder, the taste of both their drinks mixing as they tongue-wrestled. She squealed as Cara suddenly lifted her off the ground and carried her to the bed in the center of the room, she laid her down gently and started to suck on her neck while roaming her hands all over her body trying to feel as many places as possible. Beneath, the girl was writhing and moaning softly at the touch. Cara was confused when she felt the girl push her back, it was going so well and she hadn't done anything wrong to her knowledge "Clothes off Cara" she panted making a grin spread on Cara's face. She got off the girl and started to undress slowly deciding to do a little strip tease while watching the goddess in front of her as she ran her hands all over her body, she shrugged off her pants secretly pleased as the girl bit her lips at the sight of her toned body. Her clothes joined the blue dress and red thong on the floor while she joined a naked, heels wearing Aphrodite in bed intending to make the most of their night together. The next morning, a ray of sunshine peeking through the curtains woke Cara up, she hadn't been sleeping for long but she felt perfectly content. The event of last night ran through her mind making her face stretch into a smile, the s*x had been wild and passionate, both of them giving and taking till they were too exhausted to carry on, it was more than she could have dreamt of and certainly more than she expected last night to bring when she walked into that bar, if this was how her stay in Willis was going to be like then Cara would definitely have no complaints about the sleepy town. She briefly wondered if there was anyone in the next room, they definitely wouldn't be able to sleep as they were both quite loud, abandoning any form of restraint. She stretched and turned to face an empty bed, she sat up puzzled, had the girl left? If she had then she must have slept deeper than she thought. She also wondered what her mother thought about her spending her first night in Willis away from home, the woman had to be worried sick. She probably stayed up all night waiting for Cara or if Cara was lucky enough, she went to bed early and wouldn't know that she was gone for the entire night. She was about to pick her phone to check if there were any messages from her mother when she was broken out of her reverie. "You're finally awake" a soft voice called and she turned to see her latest lay already dressed and apparently about to leave. "Were you going to leave without saying goodbye?" Cara asked, pretending to be hurt as she pouted slightly. The girl chuckled and shook her head at Cara's naked form which was sprawled across the bed. Without another word, the girl walked over to the bathroom door and opened it motioning for Cara to look in. She got up and peeked into the bathroom and saw that she had scrawled onto the small bathroom mirror the word "goodbye" in the bright red lipstick she was wearing the previous night. Cara threw her head back and laughed while the girl shrugged and smiled ruefully. "I didn't think people actually did that y'know" Cara teased "Only the best deserve me wasting my lipstick on a goodbye" she replied winking at Cara making the latter glow with pride at being called the best. "How are you getting home?" Cara asked suddenly remembering that she had driven them both here. Although this was a one time thing, she didn't want to leave the other woman stranded, afterall they had both just spent a pretty amazing albeit sleepless night together. "Oh I have that handled. There's a taxi waiting for me" she replied simply and left after blowing a kiss in Cara's direction. The door has closed when something occurred to Cara as she turned in bed thinking of taking a short nap, she quickly located her clothes which were still strewn all over the floor since the previous night, she quickly pulled them on and hurried out hoping her mystery girl hadn't left just yet. She saw the girl just as she entered into the taxi "Hey wait up" Cara yelled to stop the driver from driving off. The girl poked her head out of the window curiously as Cara caught up to them panting slightly, she raised an eyebrow in question. She had properly never had a one night stand chase her down the next morning. "You never told me your name" Cara said, hoping she wouldn't deflect just as she did the previous night. She wasn't entirely sure why she was asking since they would probably never see each other again but a part of her would like to put a name to the beautiful face staring back at her with wide eyes. "Sarah Lynn" she replied simply and the taxi zoomed off.
