All she knew was, innocent blood was on her hands, and she didn’t have a dead dragon to show for it. So, it was up to Ruben to tell the police chief what had happened. Víctor seemed to think that Finn might be the Lusca, but Ruben did his best to make clear that the culprit was another creature entirely. Eva barely noticed when the police chief left.
