On their slow way back to Bailey’s Key, Axel radioed ahead and spoke to Gilberto, and Gilberto said he’d arrange to have Dr. Flores waiting on hand the minute they got back.
Apparently, that wasn’t the only intervention Gilberto arranged, for a short while later, the Dolorosa had a visitor. Ranger Oliver Sterling from the Roatan Marine Park pulled up beside them on their starboard side, to avoid the swarm boats at the stern and the extraordinary dolphin procession on the port side.
