Forty-Seven Sunday, March 28, 7:49 A.M. CST Parrot Tree Marina Thomas lay in his bunk, awake, feeling sore but rested. And for the first time in a few days, he had nowhere he needed to be. He wasn’t working for Tess anymore, and even though it would be a timely thing to do, the new dive shop that Dewayne had set Mel up with wasn’t booking search-and-rescue classes yet, so Thomas didn’t have any work to do for Mel either.
