Laura walked to the balcony and looked back to make sure Cody wasn't around. Then, she picked up the call. "Mekhi, what's the matter?"
"Laura, I miss you. I want to see you." Mekhi's voice had an underlying melancholic tone that suited his looks.
After thinking for a while, Laura agreed. "Okay, I'll see you tomorrow at Brew & Chew Bistro at 10 in the morning."
She also needed to talk to Mekhi about some important issues.
"Alright, see you tomorrow." Mekhi's voice sounded a little happier.
Laura agreed to a date with him. Did it mean that he had a chance?
The next day was a weekend.
Laura left home early in the morning as she was used to being punctual.
However, Mekhi arrived earlier than her.
The Brew & Chew Bistro was located in City A's busiest street. Amidst the bustle,
