Lex holds my hand tight, as we walk outside towards what was about to be a battlefield. Liam, Ashton and Aidan were right behind us, with the rest of our pack following. Due to the gravity of the situation Lex ordered everyone, except the elderly and pregnant women, to fight so that our numbers increase.
It was no secret that Elijah had recruited rogues and witches from all over the world, therefore his 'pack' is huge.
My heart starts to beat faster as get closer towards Elijah. I quickly mind link Kylie to make sure that Jade and Jacob are alright, before turning my attention to Lex. I know that he can sense my worry and discomfort and he quickly stops the pack.
