Yet, despite the growing list of tasks, Lucius maintained his usual composure. He focused intently on his projects, diving into each one with the precision and diligence that had become his trademark. Nothing was rushed, and no detail was overlooked.
As he sifted through a set of reports, preparing for an important meeting, there was a knock on the door. Ryan stepped into the room, his expression as serious as ever. “He’s here, Mr. Lucius,” Ryan said succinctly.
Lucius looked up, a faint smile tugging at the corners of his lips. He nodded, indicating for Ryan to bring the person in. “Send him in.”
