Rio woke up smiling. He was ready to hug Serene, who he thought was next to him, but he was immediately surprised because Serene was not by his side. He immediately got up and dressed to look for Serene. He went to the master's bathroom but Serene was not there, so he left the room because he thought that she might be in the kitchen cooking, but Serene was still not there. He went to their children’s room because he expected Serene to be there but she wasn’t there either. Only their children who sleep soundly are there.
Because he couldn't see Serene in any part of the house, he started to get agitated.
