CHAPTER FORTY-SEVEN BECK’S POV I hadn’t had a completely decent sleep for the last two days for many reasons. Not that I didn’t trust my friends but knowing that they weren’t all human, had admittedly put me on an edge. I’d roll over and over, trying to convince myself I was safe in here but their world was both strange and scary to me. What if I fell asleep and some vampire or werewolf or whatever creatures were present, attacked the house? I would be the one easily maimed or perhaps…killed. I shivered at the thought.
