Lily turned around and scanned the crowd. She pointed to someone in the distance and said, "The one wearing an off-shoulder white dress and smiling flirtatiously."
"Okay, got it!"
The waitress's coy voice sounded a little exaggerated, which made Lily feel a little disgusted.
The waitress didn't stay any longer. She took the tray with the wine glass on it and walked towards Brenda.
Lily stood in front of the bar and reached out for the other cocktail. Then she leaned her back against the bar and narrowed her eyes, anticipating a good show.
Brenda wasn't on her guard. She took the wine glass, thanked the waitress and took a sip.
'i***t!' Lily thought to herself.
When she saw Brenda drink the cocktail, she was so gleeful that a random curse dropped out of her mouth.
