In the first month Ted had worked for Trace, he had made enough money to pay his tuition for the entire trimester and quit his job at Chez Raphaël. By Christmas he had enough to pay for his second trimester and was considering getting his own apartment so he and Chris didn’t have to go to a motel for their clandestine trysts. He couldn’t bring Chris to his dorm room because of his roommate, Charlie. Chris also had a roommate, Aiden, who also worked for Morrison’s, so Chris’s apartment was out due to Trace’s rule about escorts not dating each other.
When Charlie questioned Ted about his new job and how he could make so much money in so short a time, Ted was vague, saying only he was working for some kind of modeling agency. When Charlie asked if Ted thought he had what it took
