[ AYSEL ] Nothing prepares me for what I see when I open my eyes. It begins with a piercing scream that rips through the air and drags me violently out of darkness. My eyes fly open, only to be attacked by harsh morning sunlight pouring through the windows. The door to my chamber is wide open. I try to move, but I realize something is terribly wrong. I am in bed. Naked. Only a thin bedsheet covers my body. And I am not alone. There is a man lying beside me, his back turned toward me. My breath freezes in my chest. My mind scrambles, trying to piece together what happened. A dull ache pounds in my head as I force myself to remember. And I do. I remember everything from last night. Raegon had sent a guard to drive me home so I could prepare myself for him in his private quarters
