when I got to the bus stop at 7 am I did not see Leon, yesss! My prayers were answered, I saw Pam, she is Beta Chile’s daughter, she is pretty and kinda nice, although I try to stay out of her way, I feel she always signals me out. she is always hanging out with the future alpha, I heard her say she is his mate and can’t wait until she turns 18 for it to be true.

Leon I think will turn 18 a month before she does, not my business, I try to stay away and keep to myself because the last time she said hi to me I got my a*s kicked, literally. When we first moved here I had a crush on her but once she found out I was an Omega she did not give me the time of day, lately I’ve been feeling that she has an agenda that involves me.

Hi Mars, what are you up to asked Pam who was with her friends, Gina and Ana, nothing I said just going to my next class, I did not have eye contact with her I just spoke with my head down, she reached out and touched my arm and said you can look at me. I just said I had to go as I would be late.

I practically ran to my next class which was English, I made my way to my seat and sat next to my friend Jimmy, my one and only friend, his father is the head warrior of the pact so he is in the position to take over his spot when Leon takes the Alpha position. That is unless his father is not yet ready to pass down the position to him, we have been friends since I moved here and somehow he does not looked down on me. We hang out a few times but he also gets picked on for hanging out with me, he says he don’t care and that it’s not right how Leon the future alpha and his friends the future beta, Pam’s brother and gamma always bully me.

Hey Mars, I came by your house on Saturday but you were not home Jimmy said, my mom and I went to visit her sister in another pack since she had the day off. We took a cab to the train station.

Oh, okay, I just wanted to make sure you were okay, you know! since what happened last week, well you don’t have to worry for a while, Leon left for alpha training for a year and Kenny and Dean went to beta and gamma training. they will probably comeback during holidays and maybe for weekends if the Alpha and Luna have any special party or celebrations.

My ears picked up, yes I was screaming in my head, happy days are here again! even if he returned for a short while it’s better than him being here everyday. I was so in my thoughts that I had to blink when Jimmy went on talking. Hey you wanna hang out after school, I thought about it and his parents seems okay when we hang out so I said yes.

I was on cloud nine as I went through the rest of my classes, all I thought about was the fact that Leon and his friends were gone and would be away for at least a year but might be gone longer if they go for advanced training. Oh, my life is gonna be bully free and hopefully I never have to see their faces again as mom and I should be gone by the time they come back.

After school, Jimmy and I went to the lake and swam for a while but the life of an Omega is never drama free, I saw Pam and her friends on the way back and I don’t know why she talks to me, I’m nothing, a nobody but somehow I think she gets off when Leon uses me as a punching bag.

I know there was be a smirk on her face before I blacked out last week while she was walking onto the bus. I changed my thoughts and tried to walk away from her and her friends but she stopped right in front of my face. Mars did you here me, I said hi! oh hi Pam I said while going around her, you should stay longer at the lake we were going to swim, that’s okay I said,.

Jimmy chimed in and said we were going to hang out at his house, Pam then said oh, can we come too, I looked at her friends Gina and Ana’s face and they did not look happy. Jimmy jumped in and said we were hanging out with his father and younger brothers. Oh, okay! next time then, yeah next time. Dam! What is her problem, I swear she likes to see Leon beat me up.

Anyway we dodged that one. I’m going to show you some moves so you can protect yourself. I thought of what Jimmy said and thought to myself! what good is that going to do me when it’s the future alpha who does the beating it’s not like those moves will work on him. If only Jimmy know I am very capable of defending myself but for now I have to take the lickings.

Jimmy showed my some moves and I pretended to mess up, that’s okay you will get it. I said it’s because I’m an Omega and we are frail, well it’s no way to treat someone even if they are lower than you, I would never treat someone like that even if I was the alpha, thanks Jimmy for always looking out for me, even if you can’t always intervene.

I remember once he intervened and got his a*s handed to him by the future alpha and his friends but he did not care. After we finished, I said my good byes, while walking home I saw Talene, Pam’s sister. Hi Talene how you doing. Oh! Hey Mars, I’m good, its Tally remember, I told you, you don’t have to be so formal with me. Sorry, i will remember to call you that from now on, I’m a little nervous around her, I like her, a lot.

She might be Pam’s sister but she is nothing like her, she is more beautiful at 5’9, slim with a nice hour glass figure, soft brown hair and brown eyes. Yes I can say my dream girl, but who am I kidding, she will only see me as an Omega, nothing more. not now, anyway! Well at least she is nice to me.

I see you coming fro Jimmy’s. Yeah. We hung out at the lake then went by his house so now I’m on my way home. Hey Mars, are you coming on Saturday to field day. Field day I said, I wasn’t planning on it, are you going to be there, I asked her. Yes, well I hope you come, I gotta go now, okay I said, see you in school tomorrow.

The week went by without any drama and by the time Friday rolled around and my mom got off work early. She told me as I am now 16 that she will be showing me how to do simple magic as the binding spell she placed on me will ware off when I turn 18.

She wants me to see what type of magic I can do, as there are different types, earth, wind, water and air. My mom can do all four, I know I am telekinetic, I remember moving objects with my mind. Barely but the little I could use saved my life when the rogue came for me.

That was a scary moment, I remember closing my eyes and when I opened them, the rogue had a piece of glass indented on the left side of his face. Whew! I had bad dreams for a few months but mom bonded my magic so I would not accidentally use it and she camouflaged her magic and made it looked like we are Omega werewolves.
