His Princess

Landon’s P.O.V

“Landon! What would mom and dad say if they saw what you did!” I hear Alexa scream. I tense up at her words. My parents would never talk to me again about what I just did to Alexa. They always told me and William to protect her, no matter what. That we need to be there for her. But she’s the reason they’re dead. “No, she’s not.” A small voice says to me. “Yes, she is!” I say back.

I pick up a rock and throw it at her. It hits her head hard knocking her under again before she comes back up. I begin walking with the others. “LANDON!” I feel my heart drop with that scream. Half of me is saying to go save my little sister. That she’s telling the truth and the rogues did it. But the other half says to leave her. She’s not there anymore. I feel panic beginning to rise in me. No. No, she's a good swimmer. “But didn’t she say she couldn’t swim with her arm?” The voice says.

“Landon! Are you coming?” I hear Josh ask. I take one last glance at the river. She’s fine. She’ll be back soon. I walk towards my friends and we walk to the pack house. *Later that day* We are all sitting around waiting for dinner. We gave Alexa an extra hour and a half since she might not be too fast. “Clearly, this girl wants her a*s beat,” Josh says. “Landon, go get Alexa. Tell her to hurry the f**k up. I’m hungry.” Hunter says.

I stand up and go to the kitchen. The mess on the floor is still there along with blood stains. I growled that Alexa didn’t pick up her mess. I go up to her room and she’s not there either. Her stuff isn’t missing. I checked the whole pack house and I still can’t find her. I begin to feel annoyed until I have a horrible thought. What if she didn’t make it out of the water? Where the hell is she?

I go downstairs and go into the dining room. “She’s gone,” I say before walking towards the door. “Gone?” I hear William ask. Hunter and William are immediately at my side. “What the hell do you mean she’s gone?” Hunter asks. “She hasn’t come back since…” I said hesitantly. “Since what?” William asked, “Since we showed her what happens when she f***s with us.” Josh says.

Hunter lets out a low growl. “Josh, Lily, Jack, Willam, and Landon. Come on. We are going to look for her.” he commanded before walking out. “Landon, what the hell happened to Alexa? What did you guys do?” William asks me while looking around with wide eyes. “She…she said something and then Taylor hit her. She punched back and then we all sorta just started hitting her. Then… we threw her in the river…” I mumble.

“Relax, she can swim,” I say defensively. “Wasn’t she screaming because her arm was messed up or something when she was in the water?” Lily asks. “Oh yeah… Taylor poured hot grease on one of her arms…” I say quietly. I feel this small pang of guilt forming. “Landon!” William says before running forward. He is somewhat nicer to Alexa than I am. He doesn’t hit her too badly and usually gets upset when I hurt her really bad but when I remind him of what she did, he lets it go.

But I keep having this nagging feeling that she is telling the truth. That it wasn’t her. Something is up with Hunter. He is moving fast looking for Alexa. He must be hungry or pissed off. “Oh my god! Alexa” I hear William shouts. All of us run towards him and we see him in the water pulling something out. It takes me a minute to realize it’s Alexa. I hear everyone around me gasp as they see her beaten, wet body when William lays her on the ground.

Her arm is red and has some blisters. She has blood coming from her mouth. Her face is covered in blood and bruises. She is extremely pale, almost blue, and you can see blood in her hair. Hunter immediately runs to her side and takes her from William. “What the hell did you do?” he screams. He takes her limp unconscious body into his arms. He checks her pulse. “Her pulse is barely there!” He lays her down and begins giving her CPR. “Breath, damn it!” He exclaims.

William is on his knees, crying and I feel tears form in my eyes as I think that I’m the reason my sister is Almost dead. “Let the b***h die! She deserves it!” I hear Taylor’s nasally voice. Hunter and William growl at the same time, although Hunter’s was much angrier and more powerful. I’m in so much shock I don’t even react. “Get her out of here!” He says to Josh and Jack.

They hesitate. “NOW!” He uses his Alpha voice. He looks up and you can see tears in his eyes. They nod and drag her away. He keeps trying to give her air. “Wake up. Wake up. Please wake up. I’m sorry” he mumbles to himself. What’s wrong with him? It’s not like me. Oh god. My sister is dying! “Lily, go to the pack doctor and tell her we will be there shortly,” he says before taking off his shirt and putting up to her bleeding head.

“Landon! What did you do?” William exclaims. “I-i thought she would be able to swim” I didn’t think she would-” “Enough! Both of you shut the f**k up!” He picks Alexa up and begins running. William looks at e in disgust before following him. I stand there for 5 seconds and then run as fast as I can. “Alexa, please forgive me!” I think as I follow my brother and Alpha.
