Twenty-Four A week later I was finally able to get the Sanchez’s back into their home. Hector and I were working closer together to get the home fixed and cleaned. In the meantime, the Sanchez’s were getting ready to open the restaurant. It was a Sunday and we were riding together to pick them up and take them home. When we got to the hotel Hector said, “man, could you have found a twenty dollar a night motel. Instead, you are putting them in this place. I haven’t even stayed here yet.” “They probably don’t have a thug special anyway.” We loaded the SUV with all the belongings they had brought with them.
