Mya arrives at the pack house at 7 a.m sharp, and we begin our drive to Amelia's lake house. It's located near the borders.
“Who did you leave Echo with?” she asks.
“Danny, a kid I babysit sometimes,” I tell her.
Mya is singing my ear off; she's in a pleasant mood and jamming out. After a while of driving, we stop at a café to grab some breakfast before continuing on our way. Kian calls me, but I don't answer because I'm afraid he might track my location, so I turned my phone off.
"Sweetie, I'm not staying long after dropping you off, okay?"
"Why?"
"I have a score to settle with Stella and Trisha for that stunt they pulled in your room," she says, bristling. There is no changing her mind once she has decided on something, so I tell her to be careful and to approach the girls
