Selena Patrick was very certain, "I want you."
"Don't rush to an answer." He grabbed her wrist and dragged her into the bathroom.
Right in front of her, he began to strip off his clothes one by one.
The scars left by fire, the wounds stitched with needles, like a wall covered in gnarled branches, spread across almost his entire body, a sight that was both shocking and heartbreaking.
He took off his mask, revealing a once handsome face now marred on one side with uneven, twisted scars. It was clear how severely he had been injured.
Selena Patrick couldn't bear the pain she felt and stepped forward to embrace him.
Her tears fell onto the scars on his chest, each drop scalding hot.
