Chapter 11: He Will Speak for Himself
The little one, as if insulted, burst into tears with a wail.
His crying was quite sensitive, quickly drawing a crowd of onlookers.
First among them was the butler.
"My little master, why are you crying again?" The butler pulled out a handkerchief and wiped the little one's tears.
The little one pointed at Selena Patrick, tattling, "This woman just touched my head. Look at my head."
He pointed to his messy hair, looking utterly wronged, which only amused Selena Patrick.
Seeing her laugh, the little one became even more upset. He jumped off the chaise longue, running and shouting, "I'm going to tell Dad on you. You're a bad woman."
Let him tell on her; she wasn't afraid.
