Ignoring the encounter with Jardius, Vin pushed into the door of his house, and went to the living space, where Suran sat on a chair, teaching Milo. The teacher that Suran hired usually came in the mornings, and afterwards when he left, Suran would tutor Milo as best she could. Vin had asked her once, who was watching Jardius and Rezzan, and she told him, that she had gotten one of the loyal guards and even a servant to watch them for her. Apparently, she enjoyed spending most of her time with Milo. Vin thought it wasn't so bad, because at least someone he knew would be watching Milo when he wasn't around.
