Chapter 3 Family time

Eating dinner sitting across from my family and cousins. The adults were all chatting, everyone else was having a stair off making small comments when the adults asked something. Glaring at one another we ate our food silently. Granted that we have a good relationship with them It looked as if they didn’t want to be here more than us, but the house grew on us in the short time. “ Anna stop playing with your food and eat.” Commanded Mrs. Stuck up also known as my Aunt Eveangalina. Uncle Jakliver rubbed his face because he loved her but she was so dumb. “ Hun she is one leave her be.” “ Are you saying that I can not…” I spaced out when she was talking. Everyone ate in silence, then mom called me Lana and Caroline to help clean up dinner. I was on drying duty. Drying the dishes that Lana handed me, I heard a scream from up the stairs. Uncle Jakliver ran up the stairs with Dad. you could hear the running because it shook the ceiling where we were located. About 100 minutes later dad came home with blood on his arm. “ Are you okay dear?” Questioned mom “ Someone killed Eva and Jak went after the person.” He said breathing heavily “ But Eva was stabbed multiple times.” “ Where at Danial?” Mom never used his name unless it was urgent. “ Aden it was in the far back. “The front door slammed. Uncle came into the room with lots of blood and scratches. “ The man is gone now but he got me pretty bad.” He gestured to his arm and blood stained shirt. “Alright everyone time for bed!” Cherped my mom, we all walked up the stairs to our rooms. “ Um can we have a sleepover in your room Bella?” Asked Lana “ By who is included?” I asked if I knew that answer but I had to make her squirm. She then looked at me and said, “ It would be Caroline, Jeffery, Covanta, Cora, and me.” “You are always welcome. Sleepover in my room!” walking to my room I opened the door and they all gawked at what it looked like.
