||Author|| It was around one am, Hrida was moaning on Travis's lap as he kissed her neck fervently. He had told her to visit him once her little friend falls asleep and threatened her that if she does not want him to intervene the little time and take her away on his shoulder making her friend witness his possessiveness on her. As Hrida tiptoed here she was taking into his grasp and he asserted his full dominance claiming her into a passionate kiss. The door of their room was knocked, Hrida realised there must be someone. Her mind dreaded the arrival of Rutvi and the possibility of finding her in such an intimate state with Travis. She tried to inform her husband about the sudden arrival but he was too lost in her. He was devouring her like a hungry beast, it seemed like he had not seen a woman for an eternity. Suddenly the door opened ajar and a tired Yvis entered the room, he was looking pale. His eyes were filled with red veins making it appear red. Travis left Hrida almost hiding her with his huge body. Yvis looked at them blankly, his eyes void of any feeling. He spoke in a dull and groggy voice almost groaning, "I need her, master" His voice held a desperation, an urgency to have her by his side which didn't go unnoticed by Travis. He took an exit not speaking a word anymore. He went straight to his room, a certain rage engulfed his senses. Pure fury washed over his body and he started destroying everything around him. He looked at his own reflection in the mirror and the burning anger and helplessness made him loose his control as he punched hardly on the surface breaking it into many pieces. The broken shreds of the mirror pierced deeply into his skin but the external pain was negligible for him. The warm blood oozed out from his wrist like a waterfall but he didn't even acknowledge its flow. The fire burning his heart was much more destructive and painful enough to overpower his senses. He turned over the huge glass table single handedly and looked around to find something else until he heard a soft whisper, "Yasi " He turned around only to find her calling him repeatedly, her eyes gleaming with warm tears. She started moving towards him when he stopped her with his hand signaling her to stay at her place. He moved towards her not minding the shreds of glass and mirror on the way piercing his flesh. He did not want her to be hurt at all, he took her in his arms and walked towards the bed holding her like a glass doll. He hugged her tightly sniffing her fruity smell which calmed his mind. He broke down completely in her arms. He tried his best to maintain the distance from her but it only worsened his conditions. She was like an addicting ointment to his wounded soul. He starved himself, the wish to eat or sleep were feeling foreign to him. His deranged mind stuck in her thoughts constantly. He felt alive again when she wrapped her soft arms around him caressing his back. He hugged her, his face buried on her cleavage his eyes intimately fixated on her chest. He noticed her every single detail, she was not wearing a bra as it was late at night. Her n*****s were poking out due to the cold temperature of the room, this was one of the only reasons he kept his room too cold the other reason being her sticking to him seeking warmth due to cold as she percieved him as her brother. He felt her irregular breaths as her chest heaved up and down due to the intense breathing. He nuzzled his face on the nook of her nape, inhaling her deeply as his eyes drank her close proximity. He felt vulnerable in her embrace and cried out bitterly at his cruel fate. The only question recurring in his mind was, Why? Why not him? What did he lack to have such a cursed destiny? He kept asking her the same question of his mind but Hrida was silently caressing him. Hrida looked at him,her eyes brimming with tears. She wished to take his pain away, how she wished that the girl was alive. She would bring her from any holes of the earth in front of him and made the girl his but it was impossible. She spoke gently, "Tumhe usko bhulna hoga, saat saal ho gaye hain Yasi woh nahi rahi ab iss duniya mein " (You need to forget her, its been seven years Yasi she's not in this world any more) He thought in his mind, what a fool she was. His doll can't even bear his tears but still she won't realise for whom he was crying. Such an ironic situation, the girl he wants and the girl she thinks to be dead is her own self. She again spoke, "Yasi you need to move on from her please baccha.." (Baby) She spoke pleading him, like a helpless mother. She consoled him so gently that her warmth was consuming him and after sometime she felt his crying stop. She tried to get away but he was adamant to let her go as if she will disappear. But after a little time, persuading him she managed get out of his hold. She moved towards the side drawer of the bed and took out the first aid kit. She went near him and started to treat his wounds. He was mesmerized by her, his eyes gazing her with full concentration. He seemed to have forgotten how to blink long ago. She winced as she treated his wounds blowing air softly from her mouth. She cleaned the continuously flowing blood by dipping the cotton in the water jar kept on the wooden bed stand. She disinfected his wounds which burnt his skin, then placed cotton and wrapped it with a gauge. He felt an immediate urge to kiss those plump petals of hers which were inviting him. He did not feel anything, any pain when she was with him. Her touch was like a magic which over powered his all senses. He kept watching her until she softly treated his feet and once she was done she moved closer to him. She cupped his cheeks and told him gently, "Hum ab jate hain han Yasi, sir intezaar kar rahe hein humara tum so jao" (I'll get going okay Yasi, sir is waiting for me you sleep okay.. ) He didn't even understood what she meant, his whole attention to the movement of her luscious lips and chubby cheeks. He just kept watching her silently as she left the room carefully. He closed his eyes tired, a sigh escaping his lips. He could see her image even with closed eyes. The way his little witch got his soul spell bound was incredible. Hrida went out slowly walking towards Rutvi's room to check on her for once when she collided with a figure in the dark. She looked and realised it was her dear friend who was looking lost in her thoughts. Rutvi noticed Hrida and both got up. She spoke, "Hrida " Hrida looked at her nervously, she felt as if she was caught committing a crime but tried to handle the situation herself not letting the topic of her disappearance at late night reign over the talk. She asked Rutvi, "Tu yaha kya kar rahi hain? Itni raat ho gayi hain " (What are you doing here? It's so late already ) Rutvi said hesitantly, "Woh mujhe pyaas lagi thi toh mei kitchen mei gayi thi pani pine " (Actually I was thirsty so I went to the kitchen to have some water) Hrida hummed nodding her head when she heard Rutvi asking her, "Tu kaha thi par? " (But where were you?) Rutvi asked suspiciously, she knew somewhere Hrida won't disclose the truth to her but she still wanted to ask. Hrida looked around for a moment trying to process a reason and soon fabricated a straight lie through her teeth, "Mujhe nind nahi aa rahi thi toh mei woh thandi hawa khane ke liye thoda..tehel rahi thi " (I wasn't sleepy so I was walking around a little too have some fresh air) Rutvi hummed at her friend's words, even though she knew it was a pure lie but she didn't want to intrude in her personal life. Both of them got inside the room together and put on a drama on the television. They were watching silently. Their minds were roaming in the lanes of different thoughts but they couldn't share it woth each other yet. Rutvi was thinking about the scary man she encountered in the kitchen as she reminised the incident. " Mine " She was sure she heard the word clearly, goosebumps washed over her skin. Her mind fogged with fear and breath stuck as If one breath might lead her to death. His grip on her was not as hard as she felt it clogging her throat. A tear spilled out from her eye and travelled it's way to dropp on his hand. The moment the warm drop touched him, his grip loosened and he made a safe distance from her. His eyes were still blazing in the dim lightbut his face was not clear to her already blurred sight. He took a deep breath as if composing himself and told her, "Breathe" Suddenly she took a deep breath gasping as she realized her breath had stopped completely without her own knowledge. He had followed her from the moment she woke up, his gaze was on her all the time. When she walked to Yvis room, her shining teary eyes surged a certain layer of scorn in him. She was not allowed to let her precious tears fall for someone who's not him. He looked at her gulping the water unaware of his company with her. He smiled a little at her behaviour, always heedless of her surroundings. The moment he touched the soft flesh on her neck, his gaze darkened. He inhaled her fresh scent, her tied hairs had a few locks falling discreetly around her face and nape which tickled his face. He felt her breathing stop and body shaking under his touch, it made a forbidden desire surge through his body of having her all under him withering with sheer pleasure. His opened his eyes and left his grip on her as he felt a warm liquid drop on his fingers. He tried to regain his composure subsiding the beast inside him breathing deeply. He forced his body to create a distance from her and told her to breathe. His voice held an undeniable command which seemed to compel Rutvi to breathe again. He observed her chest moving up and down as she gasped for air. He then asked her, "Who are you? " Rutvi looked at him, wide eyed. She felt like to have forgotten her own existence as she felt his burning gaze on her. She spoke stuttering in between, "Ru Rutvi, I am Rutvi Kash..yap Hrida's friend. We ha had a night out today so uh I am he..re I was ja just thirs thirsty sorry.. please" She faltered in forming proper words. His menacing gaze made her shudder in fear. She spoke whatever came into her mind. He kept watching her in amusement, she was blabbering due to intense fear and it was understandable. He hummed deeply getting off her way and she took an immediate sprint to whatever way came infront of her eyes. It looked like a fight or flight moment between a hunter and it's prey. He chuckled as his gaze followed her scared run, she can't avoid him for too long. He will make sure to claim her soon. Rutvi stopped after she covered a good distance. Her heart was still pacing heavily and her breaths were short of air. She clutched her chest and tried to regain herself. This mansion holds danger lurking in it's every corner. She would rather like to keep a distance from it as long as she is here. She walked slowly towards her room, her mind still immersed in his thoughts. She didn't notice another figure coming and collided with Hrida. Rutvi slumped down further on the bed thinking about all these, the man certainly succeeded in installing a surplus amount of raw fear in her mind. Hrida on the other hand kept thinking about Yvis, his suffering was unbearable for her. She had found him in such a brutal condition innumerable times and it pained her heart to see him like that. Both the girls were so deep into the series of thoughts that they failed to notice the arrival of another person, Travis came inside and looked at them. The line of his patience was already crossed. He realised had let her have too much freedom and she has clearing misused it. He looked at the clock, its almost an hour and she has not returned. He switched on his laptop to check on her in the cctv footage and saw her in the other room with Rutvi. His eyes burnt at the sight, she again disobeyed his words and went with her friend. He didn't waste a moment and walked towards their room. His mind was enraged and he wanted to show her that he is a man of his words. She did a grave mistake by defying him and he won't spare her everytime. He gazed at her as he stood in the room, a hint of anger and jealousy visible in his orbs boring on her frame. What a waste of time, the television was on for nothing. No one was paying attention to the bl (boy's love) series. He knew what was going on in Hrida's mind again. She must be really upset to not watch her favourite genre of drama. He scooped her up and a shrill scream escaped her mouth drawing the attention of her friend too. Both the girls watched him, baffled with their mouth open. He glared at Hrida and said, "It's really late, I need my wife with me.." His voice held a dominance yet desperation which only Hrida felt. Rutvi watched them with her eyes wide. Hrida's face had turned crimson in embarrassment. Rutvi too looked down in embarrassment, not wanting to witness her friend in such an intimate position not ignoring the point that Hrida's husband is practically her own professor too. Travis took Hrida with himself to their room, Rutvi tried to forget it as she didn't wanted to interfere between the couple's affairs. Once Hrida left Rutvi looked around the room in confusion, she had no idea what to do next. She switched off the television, she was stressed and needed to divert her mind so she took out her phone and started reading a novel online. She kept reading for a few hours until she felt tired, she stretched her body yawning. She looked outside, the sun was creeping out slowly in the sky as it was dawn already. She remembered the beautiful terrace and thought of taking a stroll there to get some fresh air and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the nature. She rose from the bed and slowly walked towards the stairs. She went to the terrace and looked at the beautiful sun rising but then she heard a shrill noise of something falling. She felt like it was some sort of glass shattering. She looked around and found Yvis sitting on the ground, he looked heavily drunk and not in his sense. She observed his red eyes, his hands were having bandages and his feet too, which were red due to blood soaking them. She quickly strode towards him and bent on her knees as she spoke, "Sir, what are you do-" Her voice died in the middle of her speech as he pulled her on his lap and embraced her in a tight warm hug. She froze for a moment perplexed at the intensity of the situation. His body was muscular and warm but his mouth reeked of alcohol. Rutvi had always held a strong dislike towards the pungent smell of alcohols but the smell he had was not as worse. She was not really able to focus on the smell though as she felt his warm breath fanning her collarbone feeling him inhale deeply. He was smelling the scent deeply realizing the similar fruity scent. His senses relaxed as the warm engulfed his mind and body. He spoke with his body still latched on her like a second skin, "Jaan, please don't leave me..I am nothing without you " Her body felt heated, his words were affecting her deeply brewing a swirl of emotions in her mind. She felt a deep reverence wash over her for his love. The intimate position hazed her mind. She softly caressed his back, her hands working its own whims uncontrollably and spoke gently, "It's okay...I won't leave you sir" He moved his face from her body and looked at her with his red eyes innocently gazing at her with a gleaming hope and asked, "Really Jaan? " Rutvi hummed and he giggled like a child. Never in her entire life Rutvi had witnessed such chastity of a human. What astonished her even more was the person radiating the innocence. She realised something, men in love are precious. She cupped his cheeks and asked, "Why don't you move on? " He looked at her, his whole demeanor shifting to one of betrayed. He gazed at her intensely and spoke, "How can I Jaan ? You reside in me...You know the day I saw your silvery grey eyes I lost my ability to see anything else so deeply..." Rutvi lost her speech, her mind wondered how beautiful the girl must be to have such enchanting eyes. Her trance only broke when she heard his dulcet voice speaking again in between small hiccups. "I was the first person to ever hold you so closely..you looked breath takingly beautiful..Why you chose him Jaan? Why not me? Isn't I'm exactly the way you wanted? I lost my true self since ages in becoming the way you loved yet you chose him over me.." He stated, his voice getting hoarse. The bitterness of his tongue increasing with each passing moment. His lips tugged into a bittersweet smile. Rutvi was stunned at the surprising revelation, how could someone choose another person over this gullible being who lost himself in the war of love. Thick tears left his dark midnight eyes again, the darkness had consumed him cruelly. His love was the sole reason of his ruination. Rutvi asked him subtly, "Why would I leave you? And if I already did, why would you still be so immersed in this one sided love from thd last seven years? " He looked at her again, he was totally out of his senses as he gazed in her eyes. A foreign layer of warmth was visible in those eyes which surprised him. There was a different shine in those eyes, not the one he has ever witnessed. He couldn't grasp the feelings exactly, was it love? His mind retorted at him in denial but it looked too real to accept his own words. He spoke again, "I don't know why would you leave me, but I can't stop this love ever. Yvis Aculair exists for you Jaan no one else holds the authority to have me wrapped in their finger like you do. Every single cell of my body yearns for you and I will never let anyone forget my love for you even if it is a tragedy.." Tears spilled from Rutvi's eyes, her orbs deeply looking into his trying to search any insincerity in them but all she could feel was the deep ocean of love stored in them for his lover. Yvis softly touched her cheeks, wiping her tears with his fingers. Rutvi wished for a moment, it was her instead of his lover to feel this kind of love and passion. She was imagining the immense amount of love this man would have for his lover which changed him so much. It made her wonder, if he were not the cold person he has turned into now. Love really paints the person in its own colours. She dwelled into his thoughts irrevocably and soon felt a heavy weight on her chest. As she looked down she found him already fallen into deep slumber. She didn't dare to move an inch, scared if he it would wake him up. The only thing she missed in all this was the certain pair of eyes which had witnessed the exchange between her and Yvis carefully.
