Chapter Forty-SixPresent day
It was the day after Kiri's release and all Raven wanted to do was lie alone in his bed to sort out his head and prepare himself for the rest of his long, lonely sentence. Unfortunately, he was not allowed that privilege. He was awoken early in the morning by Mr. Abbott's caustic tones. Raven was groggy and it took him a moment to wake up fully.
“Get up, Raven, I've got an important job for you today.”
