Morgana glanced from the slice of cake to the woman, holding it out to her in pure disbelief. “This is not true… this is not true. You are an illusion as well…. this is not true” Morgana repeated like a mantra.
“Of course, I’m not delusory, silly.” Cassie added, “Nor is this delicious cake” she continued, “Here taste some”, she urged as she held the plate towards a horrified Morgana. Cassie shrugged as Morgana continued to stare unblinkingly... like a statue, and took a bite herself, saying “Your loss..... mmm..... this is so good” as the flavors hit her taste buds. “I must say, Derrick did an excellent job with this cake.
