Like an overly drenched cat, his body trembled uncontrollably, but it was as a result of…fear.
Like, who wouldn't be ghastly afraid when their body was dangling over an open-lid shark tank?
The deadly sea creature casually swan in its tank, but any could tell that it couldn't wait to have a taste of the chained werewolf above it.
The owner of the most renowned strip club in the whole Nation was thoroughly chained and swung upside down above a shark tank.
And why?
Kingston f****d up.
“Don't kill me! Please! I'm begging you!” His pathetic scream resounded throughout the empty room, and unceasing tears gushed out of his eyes.
He kept gawking at the right-hand man
of Lord Rosario, Zoey. Her facial expression was that of nonchalance and sheer apathy.
As Kingston shivered and cried, footsteps could be heard — someone was coming.
It was Lord Rosario.
Now, his head which Dominique had shattered a bottle on was back to normal — he healed quickly.
A stick of cigarette was stuck in between his luscious lips, and his brown eyes darkened with cruelty.
“Her address”
Kingston needed no one to elaborate on the mafia's words as he parted his lips to speak.
“The…the borders of the Sliver Crest Pack! That's where she lives!” Fearfully, and unhesitatingly, he blurted.
“That Pack, huh?” Rosario smirked cheekily then turned around — he was leaving.
Kingston's pleaful yells, however, came to an end the instant the mafia stepped out.
The chain holding onto him loosened and straight did he fell into the shark tank.
And within a minute, his body was devoured, with Rosario grinning heartlessly.

The feistiness of even a lioness would lessen insanely when its pup lays in the fangs of a crocodile.
Dominique was hellishly quiet and cooperative with the guards — currently, she was been led to her sister, Maeve.
Her arms each were linked with two hefty guards' as they made their way through the hallway that lacked any source of illumination.
Surely, this part of the Palace wasn't used frequently, and with the faint sounds of a growling animal, Dominique figured out why.
Immense fear for Maeve's safety filled her body to the brim, and impatient to see her sister, increased her walking pace. She'd have run madly to the wide-opened door, but the guards' hold was firm.
“Eve…” Afraid, Dominique's heart thudded rapidly in her heart — it banged nervously against her rib cage so that it seemed like it'd burst out of her chest.
She was frightened like hell — if their house could be burnt to the ground, then what would be stopping the Alpha King of an entire Nation from doing abominable things to her sister?
Dominique would die if Maeve's harmed; that crazy 19-year-old was her heart!
Ultimately, they arrived at the opened door, and once their grip loosened a bit on her arms, Dominique broke free.
“Maeve!” She screamed, scared as hell, while running madly into the…room.
It was crazily spacious, yet it seemed like nothing was there — was it empty?
“Where's she? Maeve!”
Dominique's anxiety heightened, and as a bright light gradually shone, her blue eyes widened shockingly while staring ahead.
“Dominique!? Dominique!”
Maeve could be seen in a cage as wide as a parking lot.
However, she wasn't alone in it — the low growls Dominique once heard on her way here were caused by…the tigers!
Yes — there were three bloodthirsty tigers in the cage Maeve was locked in, but some metal bars hindered them from leaping in the air and then tearing her flesh apart.
“Eve!” Again, she ran to her but likewise, metal bars prevented her from touching Maeve.
But they were laced with diluted slivers, so when Dominique tried to grip them, her palms hurt in agonizing pains.
The bars held little space from each other, so yes, the Manchester sisters couldn't even hold each other.
“Th-they burned down everything Dominique! I'm so scared — I'm so scared!” Maeve cried relentlessly as her slender body trembled fearfully.
Who could blame her?
She was locked in with three starved and vicious animals.
“It…it… it's going to be okay Eve! It's going…”
Dominique's words trailed off in shock as she gazed at the slowly ascending metal bars that hindered the eager tigers.
Within a minute or so, her sister was going to get devoured.
“Dominique! It's rising! The bars are rising — I'm going to get eaten! Dominique help me!” Maeve went into a state of sheer panic and fear consumed her to the extent that her legs became numb.
She went on her knees, trembling, crying heavily and bitterly — she couldn't get eaten. A death like that was far too gruesome and undeserving.
“Dominique save me!!!” Maeve's yells became overly raucous as the paw of a tiger escaped from the slowly ascending bars.
“This can't be happening…” Dominique was at sea — a very undesirable and heart-wrenching one.
Was she going to stand here and watch her sister get eaten? Wasn't that going to be worse than death?
“Pl-please…” Her kneecaps kissed the dirty sand and her hands clenched tightly to the sand.
“Sp-spare my sister! I beg of you to spare my sister, Alpha King! Please! Make me your slave, do the f**k you wish with me! But please… leave Maeve out of this!! I know you can hear me Alpha King Vincenzo so come in here and make me miserable, please!! I'm begging you!!!”
The bitterness, pain, and plea in Dominique's voice was one Maeve had never heard before. “Dominique…” she sniveled tearfully while gazing at her yet…
The bars kept ascending until it was almost halfway. Maeve was…going to get eaten.
“Please…!!” Dominique was on her knees, shedding fat balls of tears which drenched the spot she knelt immensely.
Whimpers and hungry growls of the tigers were the sole things renting the air until the sounds of footsteps were heard.
Dominique couldn't perceive a scent but, lifting her fearfully yet teary dilating eyes upwards beheld…an otherworldly devil.
She had never seen the Alpha King in his human form — many hadn't, and sincerely, there was no one as gorgeous as he.
None that Dominique had seen.
Vincenzo D'Arcy was… inhumanely handsome! He towered superiorly over her like a devil would to a frail kitten, and for some seconds, she became completely mesmerized by him.
His dark aura was overwhelming, and even the wild cats surprisingly became quiet. They cowered in fright, then backed away — all because of the immeasurable lethality oozing from this man.
“I got rejected by a f*****g stripper” The Alpha King's voice sounded too stunning for a mere mortal.
And as he lowered himself to the ground, his pair of dashing crimson-red eyes got her heart thudding.
They held no emotion — none at all.
He curved them to a side, and gazing at the blaring hickey on her neck, diverted those icy eyes back to her.
“I give no f***s about my mate, but you… Your guts irritates me. You'll pay with your life, Dominique Manchester”.
Vincenzo wasn't joking at all.
Dominique's lips trembled, as she tried to speak, but damn. His aura was too overwhelming.
Was this how dangerous the Alpha King was?
Still tongue-tied, she tried to say anything — anything at all when sounds of rapid gunfire were heard. It came from the hallway.
“That bastard…” Vincenzo arose from his feet and Dominique's eyes were pinned on the door, but nearly gasped in shock when a lifeless body slumped to the ground.
Blood gushed out of the guard's head, yet he walked stylishly past the multiple lifeless bodies until a pair of costly designer shoes stepped in.
In his presence, Dominique's soul escaped her body. What was he doing here?
With a gun in his hand, a coy smirk played on his pinkish lips while locking eyes with Vincenzo.
“Sup twin brother!” Rosario D'Arcy, the overly deadly mafia, smirked widely at Vincenzo.
And it was at that moment, Dominique knew she was f****d.
She had offended two emotionless bastards…!
