I smoothed out my dress for the hundredth time as I waited with the other brides in the bridal room. They were more composed than I was.
Jenna’s dress was the most elaborate. It was adorned with lace and tiny white flowers. Pretty and suitable for her. Gwen wore a sophisticated, slimming white dress. Mya had been afraid Ava might show up in camouflage, but she wore a simple ivory dress that looked lovely on her.
