I'm A What!?

"The first thing I want to know is why am I even here?" she said as she looked sternly at all of them. "I want to know the real reason so don't bullshit me." She was trying to act tough and not show weakness in front of them. They all looked at each other in silence, then they all looked towards Jin. He sighed deeply and turned to look at her. "This may be hard for you to grasp or even understand, but you, Princess, are not who you think you are," he started. "You have lived your entire life as a human and thought no different, but there was a reason you joined our game all of those years ago." She stared at his face, waiting for what he was about to say. He stared back at her, his crimson eyes studying her expression, calculating for how she will react to this new information about herself. "Oh for Hell's sake just tell her already!" yelled Collin, making her jump a little. Jin shot him a glare and she could've sworn his eyes got lighter. "Luna, you aren't human and the mother you had, wasn't your real mother." She shocked them all when she began laughing hysterically. She wiped fake tears from her eyes dramatically, "Ah, that's beautiful. Ok now really, what's the reason?" "It's the truth, dollface," Collin said crossing his arms across his broad chest, "You aren't human." "Ok then, so what am I?" Luna said throwing her arms in the air sarcastically. "Back when Gods and Goddesses ruled the Earth in ancient Greece, Rome, Egypt, Hindi and Asia, each contained what the would refer to as lesser vassals, but were just as powerful as the Gods. In greece these were referred to as Nymphs," Sebastian stated. Luna had heard of Nymphs before. They were creatures who controlled nature and some of them the arts, but they were always downplayed by the Gods. Luna loved greek mythology and always thought the Nymphs got a bad rap. They did all the leg work for the Gods to take their credit. "I appreciate the history lesson but what does any of this have to do with me?" Luna snorted. "Your real mother was a Nymph and your father was Zeus," Sebastian said matter of factly. She tried to contain it but she bursted into laughter again. What kind of ridiculous thing were they selling here?! A f*****g God and a Nymph, and not even a regular God either, no it has to be Zeus!? "Ok this has been fun and all but tell me the real reason that I'm here," she wiped fake tears from her eyes again. "You all must think I'm clinically insane or something to believe all of that." They all looked at each other and frowned. "Luna, this is the truth, we wouldn't make this up," Jin said. "Yeah, and how am I supposed to know that!? You bring me here, against my will I might add, surprise me with being real monsters and following me for God knows how f*****g long and now you tell me im a Nymph or something when I have never had any inkling of power at all?!" She began to become angry, the stress of the situation was getting to her and now all she had left to feel was anger at everything, even herself for allowing this to happen to her in the first place. "You aren't a Nymph," said Collin pushing his glasses up his nose before staring intensely at her, "You're a goddess." "....you ARE joking right?" Luna said, not buying into the joke anymore. "What the f**k makes you all soooooo sure hm? Let's see your proof." "Happy to oblige, you're being a brat anyway," Collin said as he picked up a letter opener that was on the coffee table. "Did you just call me a f*****g brat you mother-" Luna was cut short as she watched Collin throw the letter opener straight at her neck. As fast as it was going he used his demonic strength to hurl it at her. Luna screamed and held her hands out to try and stop it. She shut her eyes waiting for the pain to start or for blood to start pouring out of her...any second now...shouldn't it have hit by now...where the f**k was this thing!? She opened her eyes and saw it frozen mid air in front of where it should have hit. It was floating there as if suspended on a wire. She cautiously poked the tip of it and a bright purple light flashed where it was before it hit the ground with a pang. "What the hell...," she said as she looked at Collin, who was holding a small hand mirror pointed at her. She gasped as she saw her usually silver eyes, now painted a bright, shimmering purple. She placed her hand over her mouth, "Di-did I do that?" "You got it dollface," Collin said as he smirked in an 'I told you so' type of way. Jin quickly picked up the letter opener and slung it at Collin's forehead. Collin caught it between his two fingers, smiling smugly. When he opened his eyes, his eyes shown a bright gold, almost shimmering like Luna's was. "You son of a b***h! That was NOT the way to show her! What if her powers hadn't awoke and that hit her!?" Jin yelled in a low and threatening voice. "We all knew that wasn't going to hit her. If her power hadn't awakened then one of you would've jumped in front of her, which would have made less competition for me," Collin smirked with a flash of his fangs. Luna didn't know demons had fangs, but learn something new every day right? "If it HAD hit her, then Akira would handle it. I mean, he is a doctor after all," Collin said with a roll of his snake-like eyes. Clearing the shock from his usual emotionless face, Akira spoke up. "It was still risky. Yes, I can heal her easily but it was a wound she didn't need to have. We should all calm ourselves and-" Akira was cut short by Jin now throwing a heavy book towards Collin, this time nailing him in the head. "That's right you filthy soul eater! That was completely unnecessary! You could have seriously hurt her! Are you out of your Goddamn mind!?" Jin yelled at Collin. "Umm, actually it's-" Luna started before Collin snapped his head back and with a flash of his fangs, stated, "Do you want to die today bat boy?" His words dripped with venom and she knew s**t was about to go down. "You can try you f*****g snake-skin belt!" Jin said stepoing towards him. Luna noticed the other 3 men standing to get ready to break them apart. She had to do something, they may be friends and she caused them to fight. Damn her heart for being to soft. Just as they were about to be close enough to each other that they could kiss, she stepped between them and held a hand in each of their faces. "Stop it, both of you. Collin obviously didn't think I would be hurt in any way or else he wouldn't have done that, right?" she looked at him with a bat of her eyes. "...Right," he mumbled. She the turned her attention towards Jin. "And Collin was right and nothing happened except the exact reaction he was looking for, right?" she gave the same bat of her lashes to Jin. Jin breathed a heavy sigh, "You're right Princess." "So why don't you two be good little boys and sit back down, hmm?" she said in a voice as if she were talking to two toddlers fighting over a toy. She totally doesn't know what's coming her way, huh? Both men huffed and sat down, crossing their arms like children. "Good," she said with a smile. She totally just beat a vampire and a demon at the same time. Proud of herself now, she said, "Ok, I believe you...but I guess my next question is how you know all of this? You couldn't possibly have known this from that stupid website if even I didn't know." "Our first thought that you were something different was our game. We had a lock on it that only those of power could even open the website," said Sebastian. "But to be sure after we had scared you off, we decided to find this and ask it about your lineage," Ryan said as he hit a button on the remote control to the tv. The tv began to lift off the wall and move to one side. Opening behind it was a small vault. Ryan walked over and put the combination in for the lock to open it. He brought what he was holding and set it on the coffee table. It looked like a crystal ball, just like one of those fake ones women had to tell your fortune at carnivals. The only difference is this one had a pearl like essence surrounding it like a halo. "This is a magical orb we had received from a powerful witch," Ryan said, "all you have to do is ask it a question and it will show us the answer." She looked at it curious as to how a tiny ball could show her something like that. She took a deep breath in to calm her nerves before asking, "Who are my real parents?"
