MARIAM'S POV ~ Two more groups presented, and now it's our turn—Group 5. Miguel and I stepped in front of the audience, standing at the small podium, and suddenly all eyes were on us. It made me nervous, but I calmed myself by taking several deep breaths. Miguel connected his laptop to the projector to display our work. He began with a brief introduction of himself, and I followed suit, introducing our group members, who stood up as their names were called. I composed myself and started with an overview of our presentation. I made sure to maintain eye contact, feeling Miguel's supportive gaze on me.
