This book would never have seen completion without the support of my family, especially that of my mother, Shirley, and sister, Karen. Both were there when I needed their help coping with the unexpected death of my husband, and both unhesitatingly stepped in to deal with all the ramifications of the death so that I could grieve in peace, and ultimately finish writing this book. My love and gratitude to them is unbound.
