Thinking of Timmy, Ryan's heart softened. "You should go back and have some rest. I have a meeting tomorrow." He nodded expressionlessly and left the guest room.
Right behind him, Caroline's comically flustered expression instantly morphed into one of malice. She knew that Ryan had begun to suspect her.
