        In his universe there is a preservative for the dead bodies which is volatile and it is used for short distance travelling of the body like from the sight of a dead body to the mortuary. When the police found the dead body in their dimension.

         They used to fill the bag with that liquid and transport the body to forensics and labs and mortuary. This liquid is used in after his jail murder.

        He was killed first before being caught by police and put the body pieces in the bag and covered with that liquid. As it is volatile. After sometime the liquid got evaporated and when body was found no traces of the liquid was found and it is reported in forensics that this murder has taken place after the caught of the first Steve.

        In this way he managed to forge the results of the dead body and no one was able to find out the body before he was caught because psycho Steve managed to catch all the attention of the police by attending the unknown funeral And relieving himself.

        In this way he diverted them to catching the dead body before he got caught. And the video is previously recorded one and psycho Steve set a timer to hack all the channels and telecast the video. It's his idea to locate the video source at the end of the video. 

        It traces to Steve's lab and drugged Steve woke up in the closet of his lab and came out. He doesn't know any of this and started to figure this out. So he is operating his computer,While the police come.

         They think that it'S psycho Steve trying to escape and electrocuting him and making him unconscious.

         After the video telecasted. It is a self Erasable video. It got deleted after it's telecast. So no proof for the video is recorded one.this is all just a theory to all the police officers there is no evidence to prove it and catch the psycho Steve.

        In this way psycho Steve has managed to frame steve and wanted to tell the people why he has become a monster.

        In this way he succeeded in both the tasks. Psycho Steve went back to his dimension and led a normal life. His monster has never woken up again .
