Chapter 8: The Little Duck's First Swim
One warm morning, Benny Bunny was walking through Happy Meadow when he heard a small voice near the pond.
"Quack... quack..."
Benny looked around and saw a little duck standing at the edge of the water.
"Hello!" Benny said. "Why aren't you swimming?"
The little duck smiled shyly.
"I'm Daisy," she said. "Today is my first time swimming, but I'm a little scared."
Benny sat beside her.
"It's okay to feel nervous when you're trying something new," he said kindly. "You don't have to rush."
Just then, Mama Duck waddled over with a warm smile.
"I'm right here with you, Daisy," she said.
Daisy took a deep breath and stepped into the water.
Splash!
She paddled slowly at first. Benny and Mama Duck cheered her on.
"You're doing great!" Benny called.
Soon, Daisy was swimming happily around the pond.
"I did it!" she laughed.
"You were brave," Benny said. "Being brave doesn't mean you're never scared. It means you keep trying."
Daisy thanked Benny for encouraging her, and together they watched the ducks glide across the sparkling water as the sun shone brightly above.
Benny smiled all the way home, excited for another adventure tomorrow.
