Jack smiled fondly as his mind kept dredging up more core memories of their friendship. Like the time Jack had found out that Catalyn was pregnant, but it wasn't his baby. Noland had been right there to distract him from the pain with his wild antics, like convincing Jack to join him on a spontaneous trip to Guatemala to summit the Volcán Pacaya, an active volcano, for an overnight camping trip.
However, their adventure took an unexpected turn when they lost all their luggage at one of their layovers before even reaching Guatemala. Undeterred, they forged ahead, cobbling together makeshift camping gear from whatever they could scrounge up at local markets. Along the way they met some really amazing locals.
