I don’t remember how I got here, but what I do know is that I am hungry. The shirt I wore was a little ripped but other than that I seemed to be okay and I didn’t look bad. How is it possible to be such a mess and still look good, then again maybe I am wrong.
I heard music playing in the distance and made my way to where it was coming from. As I walked closer to where the music was coming from I saw a place that looked like a bar in the middle of nowhere. There were two trucks, a car and quite a few motorcycles.
Something smelled extremely good and I knew that whatever it was, it was coming from the bar. As I made my way to the door a young man wearing baggy jeans and a tight t-shirt held the door open for me. His grey eyes wandered over my body and he licked his lips. I took note of his shaggy brown hair that was messed up, but looked kind of cute on him, he couldn’t have been more than twenty five and that alone sparked my interest in him.
“Thank you.” I said seductively as I walked past him and flashed him a smile.
His eyes shone and once I was inside, his mouth was by my ear. “Whatever you want I will give it to you.”
I let out a soft moan as he said that and turned around to face him. “Know I will be taking you up on that soon.” I said as I gave him a chaste kiss on his lips and then turned back around and made my way to the bar.
It was barely ten seconds that I was there that a beer appeared in front of me.
“It’s on the house, sexy.”
I smiled at the bar tender and drank the amber liquid that was placed in front of me. It burned my throat for a second and it tasted alright but it was not what I wanted. I was thirsty and fifty of these amber drinks would not quench the thirst I have. It wouldn’t curve it and I sure as hell was not going to die of thirst on top of not knowing who I was.
The song changed and I felt my body swaying to the music that began to play.
A husky voice started singing and I started singing with. I knew this song, I just didn’t know from where. I stopped singing and called the bar tender over to me.
“What is the name of this song? I know I know it I just don’t remember.” I smiled at him and he smiled back. His bald head glistened slightly and I watched the vein protruding in his neck while he looked me over.
“Criminal by Fiona Apple, I am not a fan of the song but it seems to suit you pretty well.”
I agreed with him. I leaned over the table that separated us and licked his neck. I let my tongue skim over his vein and moaned while my body was begging for more than the salty taste of his skin.
I got off the chair and started dancing; a man moved behind me and had his hand up my shirt while pulling me right against him so that I could feel his every muscle and what he wanted from him. I laid my head on his shoulder and smiled at him but I did not turn. I looked in front of me and saw another man smiling at me. He looked more like some prep-school boy but he was still extremely delicious with his blonde hair and sexy smile. I pointed at him and indicated for him to make his way to me.
The man didn’t wait long; I was sandwiched between two men. Their hands all over my body practically undressing me in the middle of the bar in the middle of the day, their mouths and hands were all over me and I felt something beginning to change in me.
The song was coming to an end and my thirst was getting really bad. I needed a drink. The man in front of me lifted his head and I kissed him. I bit his lip and when the sweet copper taste of his blood filled my mouth I knew this was what I thirsted for. My hands were in his hair and I forced him to expose his neck to me. I felt my teeth elongate and I bit into his neck, the blood from his vein filled my mouth and he moaned. This is what I wanted all along. This is what I needed and I was going to get my fill of it now.
When the song ended I let go of the man who looked like prep-school boy and smiled as he fell to the ground.
The bar was silenced but only for a second before a woman began to scream. I looked at her and in less than in a second I was in front of her and I snapped her neck. In the silence their screams filled the air and fed the darkness in me.
Not one of these people was going to get out of here alive.
