The pack house was filled with chatter as the woman gathered the pups and elderly. Dove made sure they took extra supplies with them. Heading out, the warriors double-checked the paths to the hiding caves. After securing the entrances, the warriors headed back to the pack house. Their wolf senses picked up the quietness in the forest. No sounds of birds or critters. The wind was silent as a very eerie calm had fallen over the forest grounds.
