It took Black Dog a few days to figure out what happened. He was convinced that no one of his pack would betray him, but soon learned he was the fool. While most of the warriors were busy fixing the mines and Black Dog was busy in the counting office, Doc gathered up everyone who wanted to leave and made way to the Misty Falls pack. There, they were greeted with fresh food, clean clothes, and safe houses.
