We need to talk

Third person's point if view

" Fucker " Lena just couldn't stop

" What did you say?" His red eyes were bright

" f**k"

Again he pulled her hair and move his face closer to het, just a distance away and their lips would crash to each other.

" Do you really wanna die?"

" Fucker" she repeated

Xander looked into her eyes like he wanted to kill her, but he let go of her hair soon after.

" A simple omega who was trying to get on the same level as the future lycan king , who do you think you are?"

" What the f**k? I have no intentions like that . Lena opened her mouth to defend herself but then she shut her mouth again.

" I'm just wasting my time" Xander added before he turned around . When Xander held the door , he turned again and gave her a death glare.

' if my father just didn't favour her , I could easily kill her ' Xander talked to his wolf.

" No " black glowed, Xander's wolf.

Xander became confused by his reaction . This is the first time black acted like that, anytime Xander tells him that he will kill an alpha female , his wolf doesn't care at all.

Xander just disregarded it and continued on his way.

Lena stare at the door for a long time before she realized something.

The fact that the man she secretly love has such a dirty personality borders her.

" I can't stay her "

She immediately stood up an ran out the door quietly , so Xander wouldn't catch her, however she a only a few steps away when she heard his firm voice again behind her back.

" I don't know what you head is made of "

Lena didn't turn around, scared of his reaction but she can already hear every steps of the man coming towards her. " Didn't I tell you not to leave without my permission?".

" Why would I stay in the room, after what you did to me?" Lena responded with confidence as she face him with her head and body and continue while gritting her teeth . " I'm not going to stay there anymore".

He took a big step towards her but she backed away out of fear. She can't know what's going on in the head of his, but she can see a hint of doubt in his eyes that she doesn't know where it came from.

She looked behind him and swallowed a lot of times as she waited to see what would happen.

After a few seconds of Xander staring at her , Lena let out a breath before she shouted

" Lycan"

She pointed behind his back when he turned around to believe what she said, she immediately ran away.

As she got away from him, she held her chest catching her breath while feeling her loud pulse of heart. She didn't know what to do next, so she let her eyes wander.

Lena was mesmerized by how big the nightwalker pack's palace was.

While wandering, she took each step cautiously , since she knew Xander could hear her because of alpha sharp instinct . She tried not to make a sound, afraid that he could be instantly behind her.

" What is the purpose of the size of this regal palace " she ran her eyes through the hallway " seems like their bathroom is much larger than my usual place of living".

She continued to walk until she saw what was in her way. Her lips curled into a smile as she overjoyed to see the exit.

' finally ' I didn't have to see Xander's face still I decided on my decision to be his personal doctor. Lena thought.

After she accepted the lycan and Luna's suggestion, she knows Xander wouldn't hurt her again because his father would be peeved.

Lena gulped as she pondered over the opportunity . Through out the year that she hope Xander would notice her, the chance came to her deliberately now.

However, it makes her wonder about the future of their relationship , since there are times when they don't get along.

' No , stop thinking about it Lena ! You need to train yourself to control your wolf. Being his doctor or lover is such a delusion, like heaven and earth...that won't ever be able to meet. She scolded herself and rushed for the gate.

If only the moon goddess mad her an alpha female.... perhaps, there's a chance.

As she was already three steps away from the gate, she suddenly pulled back when someone grabbed her waist.

She felt a deep breath on the back of her neck, as if it was about to bite that area.

" No matter how hard you try , you can't hide from me".

As she heard his demanding tone of voice , her muscles instantly became tense . Her whole body felt as though it were been swallowed by balmy breath . The wolf inside her senses was going on, but it also turned a blind eye , while she recovered her composure.

" Are you still not done with me ?" Her knees are weakening and trembling . If he hasn't just wrapped his arms around her stomach, she was sure that she would have given up on the ground.

" I want to go home...." She couldn't hear herself speak , and all that came out of her lips were air.

" You may go as long you assured me that you will not take my father's words". He clutched at her even more tightly . She has lost her ability to think because she feels the contact of their skin . " You are to blame for my father's disdain for me , he thought I couldn't be myself sufficiently ".

He glowed angrily at her and her eyes widened as a result of what he did . Her chest heaved up in pain , which resuted to a stream of tears down her cheeks . A few grains of tears tick down to Xander's arm and he began to realize that.

His grasped around her waist had eased.

" How dare you cry in front of me , lowly omega?" He let go of her waist but he held onto her shoulders and gripped them.

She tried to suppress her sobs, but it just became louder .

She's not crying because of his outburst,but to the fact that he didn't even try to express his appreciation for saving his life but rather blamed her.

' He would have died if I had not interfere to save his life. I hope he considered it at all , she whine to her head.

As she lifted her head , she wiped away the tears and spoke with dignity . " Is that really how much you dominant are upset about us omegas?"

" You are so fu of yourself..."

" If I hadn't been engaged during those hours when you couldn't breathe , you wouldn't be alive right now ".

Lena was afraid someone would hear her because it was against the rule to yell at a royal, but there's no way she could stop herself.

* Watch you mouth woman, you should let me finish when I was talking before you..."

Lena bolted before he could complete what he was about to say. As she ran away, tears pour down on her face again .

She left that place without Xander knowing what face she made.

What was she expecting anyway, for Xander to chase her?

There's no way that could happen.

A week later

Lena never saw him again after what happened between them , she never got out of her room or looked for pharmaceutical leaves. She had spent the pass week thinking about what the lycan told her, and now is the last day for her to make a decision.

It's just a blink of an eye when she safe Xander....

As she sighed , she rearranged her clothes and marched to the door. She was well aware that her choice would serve as the impetus for her certainty.

When she opened the door, there were three patrol guards waiting to take her to the lycan and the Luna.

It only took a few minutes when they arrived at the castle and she didn't expect who she would see at the entrance.

She spoted Xender waiting but she didn't glance at him and simply walked straight by him.

His face winkled in amazement at what she had done.

And when she was about to take another step, he grabbed her arm , making her look at him .

" We need to talk ".
