You be his doctor

" What " Lena exclaimed aggressively , her gaze fixed on hi palm on her arm, she avoided looking at his face since she had no intention of seeing the pompous Xander's face.

He released his grip on her arm as if his skin were on fire and it burned.

Lena removed her arm furiously and resumed walking , and he did the same , as she felt him behind her back. She halted her stroll since she wanted him to be the first to walk.

A prince will always be one step ahead, and a peasant omega, who is far behind .

" Lycan, luna" Lena greeted them, knelt and bent her head when they arrive.

Lena waited until they tell her what to do . However, as soon as the man next to her took a step , she went on talking . " If you would let me raise my head now , I'd like to give my decision now"

She saw Luna come up to her and extended her hands out. Lena turned her head to look at Luna and took her hand.

" You can stand up , after all, Xander is here now. Tell us what you want to do" her voice was nice, and she could tell she wasn't try to scare her.

Lena was not scared of her , she's scared of what thier son might do to her.

I went to her feet and bow my head , " to begin, I want to convey my gratitude for providing me with the chance to demonstrate my personal abilities by selecting me as your son personal doctor . However, I'm sorry that I'm unable to accept your offer because I can't abandon the duties Mara had already begun."

" W.. what? Why ?" Luna grabbed my hand instantly , her voice alarmed. " We witness your capability and your willingness to lay down your life for my child , can't you reconsider? If you need anything in exchange for your agreement, we will provide it .."

" I understand what you desire Luna , but I will not allow myself to sacrifice my life once again in other to look even worse in the eyes of the man who has forgotten how to be gracious " Lena gently withdraw her hand, took a step back and bowed once again.

She can not turn her back on them , since that would be impolite . Luna seems to understand what Lena was saying as she glance behind her to check where Xander was.

I'm desperate to leave the palace, I feel as if I'm out of breath as a result of what taking place . Lena could not help but talk to herself.

She still have nightmares about what Xander did to her. Luna is precise that she was ready to sacrifice her life for her child but Lena is not willing to do it again.

As the lycan walked , Lena carefully closed her eyes . Will he retaliate against her now that she disagrees? His presence was so strong that her hand clinches strongly as well.

* Smack *

Lena heard the thunderous sound of the smack as lycan walked behind the Luna to where Xander was, her mind trembled as she realized what was going on.

" You accomplished nothing more than to disgrace me , I'm only protecting you because you are still a kid who cannot be abandoned by his parents " lycan voice boomed out and even she cannot overcome the heaviness of the atmosphere.

" Leo " Luna snatched lycan hand away from Xander" how could you do this to our son?"

" You hide and protect you son so much under your underwear that he developed into that, he was powerless to defend himself against the witches or other packs , even when it comes to ordinary rogue hunting , he is incapable of doing it properly "

" Why are you impressed with that doctor ability ? There are doctors much superior than her , considering your surroundings , everyone is competent of doing what she did ..."

" Smack"

Another blow to the face

She saw how his face shifted to the left. Lena eyes widened as she realized that the power he showed her was nothing compared to that of his father. Nevertheless, when it comes to pride , he is unflinching.

He raised his head proudly once again, and his eyes were locked on her. His eyes were full of rage, as if he was expecting to fight with her .

" Then send one to me " lycan take a deep breath , as luna becomes concerned at seeing her husband's condition . She walked over to him and rubbed his back.

" I'll give you three days to find me a doctor who's greater than her, if you succeed I will give you my kingdom ".

The conflict between father and son is intensifying , she was taken aback by them , and Xander did not avert his venomous gaze from her or whatever ever he did to scare her. She was powerless to stop what the lycan had ordered .

Xander exited the room slamming the door shut as if there were ready to be scattered.

Lena simply stood there staring , despite the fact that Xander was no longer there , his animosity towards her will only stronger as a result of today's invent.

She was certain he would blamed her again. Also she couldn't really accept what was offered to her because she had to find out what kind of spell was put on him. There are still so many things she want to know.

" Luna and alpha, I'd like to excuse myself if possible " she can't look at them with her eyes because of what happened . She was also apprehensive about venturing out, fearful that Xander might be waiting for her.

" Won't you reconsider Lena?" Luna is still trying to push her

She has lost the reasons for her to accept it . As Xander stated, they have large number of doctors,she is just hoping he can find someone.

She was a little bit hurt...

She admits .

" You will not leave Xander's chamber until he arrives, wait for him to return " lycan stated.

Wait....

' it means that if he can't find one, I have no choice but to be his doctor right? She asked herself.

No....she don't want to be trapped with that man the way she had already been now.
