Mia's POV
I laid on the bed, my body shaking as I sobbed tears streamed down my face. “I can't believe Thomas would cheat on me.” I sniffed. “Especially not with humans.”
I recalled the previous night.
“Thomas?” I'd called when I woke up the previous night. “Where is he? Let me go find him.”
I had gone looking for him.
“He should be alone somewhere,” I'd expected. But then, my heart had skipped a beat when I saw him with two beautiful women.
“I’ve never felt so hurt before,” I thought to myself. “I never thought that Thomas could be so cruel!”
I breathed. “But I can't deny that I still want him. I still want to be with him.” I groaned. “I can't stand this war between my heart and mind, I just can't!”
The more I thought about last night, the more my anger grew.
